WHY VOTE wrote:
Ok, I don't really care if same sex people get married or are together in any capacity. I am for equal rights BUT.......... I am very annoyed that peoples votes don't mean anything anymore. What happened to a majority vote rules? What happened to the peoples voice?
My stance on this has nothing to do with same sex couples. This is just the latest thing a court has overturned or blocked that THE PEOPLE voted for. Look at AZ., look back at prop. 187 which would have saved is billions in illegal immigrant funding. The people of the USA are trying to make changes to better our country and the few judges are effectively disenfranchising us.
Again this is not directed at same sex couples it is major frustration over the majority loosing there voice.
WHY VOTE????
I agree 100% WTF do we vote for if its not going to count all political BS and money buys the votes

Prosecutors in rural Missouri have charged a man with exposing his partner to HIV and say he may have exposed more than 300 other people to the virus that causes AIDS.

David Mangum told police he had at least that many unprotected sexual encounters with people he met online or in parks since he was diagnosed with HIV in 2003, Dexter, Missouri, detective Sgt. Corey Mills told CNN. Mills said it will be difficult to find and warn those people, since Mangum "usually only knew his partners' first names."

perhaps you should be a better citizen and actually learn about how your own nations works. everyone in the country could vote for a law but if it is unconstitutional it would be repealed.

i seriously doubt that someone like you that can't be bothered to learn about their own nation actually votes...

when we get to voting with our TV remotes during American Idol commercial breaks, we'll get back to you...

You may have angered the leasbitan cabal. People say that they are notoriously touchy and tricky and slinky. We love your posts, and we look forward to hearing more of scripture from you, sharing scriptural definition is how we all grow to know of God's intent, and to follow the eartly lead that his chosen shepherd's make for us through the forest of filth and darkness. We know that growth is our strength and that we will together see a truly undivided christian nation that tolerates not. Bless Be.
Don Buker, I do not know who the leasbitan cabal is but if they are behind this my husband and we will find out. Keep in mind Psalm 37:20 The wicked will perish; the enemies of the Lord are like the glory of the pastures; they vanish - like smoke they vanish away. God has given me a voice and an ability to speak for Him and I will march forward to deliver His Word to the uneducated masses. All others who should follow in the footsteps of other religions other than the true religion of Christianity are the products of Satan and will find hell as a reward for their failure to follow the right path.

This is an outrageous story about a criminal.

Now... Why did you feel the need to post it?

Should we infer that you believe that most gay men are like him? What's your point?

I should also point out that his partners had just as much of a responsibility to protect themselves as he had to warn them.
