There may be no scripture that describes same-sex marriage. But you'll also not find scripture that describes electricy, Dr. Pepper, lawn mowers, non-stick cooking pans, antiacids, suspension bridges,(I could go on for pages...)<quoted text>Can you cite any holy text that describes same sex marriage? I didn't claim some church or denomination didn't perform same sex marriage, some do. I claim there is no theological basis in any holy text that defines marriage as anything other than male/female.
Do we need to live our lives so narrowly that we eliminate all things from society that aren't mentioned in the Books of the Bible?
