This illiterate a-hole (who refuses to ask Librarian how to use spell check) Is "Tellitubies" a panhandling (for drugs) a-hole who refuses to leave Hemet. Maybe his mother should have sent him to school.:(

What a pathetically sad post, Makes me want to bring turkey dinners to the parks to help these people out.Whats more sad is a good percentage are Vietnam vets whose country turned their backs on the help THEY REALLY NEED, When they served this country for the very freedoms, They are denied.
Who ever said anything about WAR VETRANS. you are a moran. do you even live in hemet?? your post says murrieta! heve you ever been to weston park? have you ever seen all the sh*t that is in the park? yes there a few vets and they don't contribute to the problem as do the homeless. and yes a lot of them do have homes over south of florida guess who pays their rent tax payers. if your so concerned about the vets why don't you invite some to live with you??

YOU obviously DO not have a VET in your family, some one that served this country fought for it's freedom. How can some one NOT be caring about the plight of the Veteran's in this country? You say invite them to live with a US?? Guess what Buddy majority of us HAVE a VET living with us, who served our country honorably. BUT there are some VETS who have no one, some Vets who's parents, siblings can not care for them, because they do not have the resources. IT is our govt that has failed these people ... they did not fail each other. IT is people like you who have failed them, because YOU will NOT fight for the rights of the Veterans in this Country. Instead of putting Veterans down, why don't YOU sit down and write a few emails telling about the plight of Veterans living in parks in this Valley. WHY not tell them to get off their butts , and help these men and woman. THEY will thank you , even if they do not know your name.

If you have a concern about the parks, why don't you get a group of friends and family and go clean up the park ? IF the homeless see the park is constantly being cleaned up and used, by families they will move along. I have seen it happen when I lived in Texas.

But please have more sympathy for he Vets... they have done a lot for our country . Because of them we are free.

Tell me why are we in the middle EAST. MONEY!! Yes our goverment has turned its back on our vets and they should get all the help they need we should be giving to them not other nations, illegals! So get the he!! of my back about our vets and on the subject of VAGRANTS in our Parks! How do you want to solve that problem that's my [email protected]!!!!

Vietnam was a slaughter. We massacred 2 million southeast asians to make ladybird johnson rich. we saturated with b-52 bombers and charlie still kicked our azzez. now vietnam is unified. we lost. vc were better soldiers. we were there to test hardware and mine the rubber.

Mr BS Smeller...Viet Nam was a mistake, but we didnt kill over 2 mil so east asians. And we didnt fight it for Ladybird, but for Standard Oil who had interest in the area. Our govt said that it was to stop the spread of Communism, but that was bs. B52s were there but werr limited to where and when they were used. And our soldiers were limited as well. Charlie didnt kick our asses, our military leaders were not prepared for the challenges of fighting an enemy that was motivated and prepared. I can tell that you are oneof the chickenhawks that talk shit about our military, but are too afraid to serve. STFU son

They Actually knew the terrain better and built an elaborate system of under ground catacombs which gave them the perfect element of suprise, not to mention teaching children to fire on Americans, making it more difficult to Recognizing the enemy,Which is what the Vietnam war protests consisted of,Thats why our soliders were labeled "Baby Killers" when they came back

Chris... You nailed it. The catacombs and our troops confusion about not being able to spot our enemies were the major advantages that they had. You"re pretty astute for a 46 yr old guy.

Dont forget that the vietnam soldiers also strapped bombs to their children to blow up our troops. They didnt care what happened to their families. Plus the kids were trained to use weapons to kill or troops.

closing the two parks one day a week, will do nothing.
That's been tried elsewhere, then they took out the bathroom, to discourage vagrants, then they shut the park down altogether, with chain link, and it looked terrible. Riverside said they are going to have security guards in the parks there, I thought that might include Hemet also, I guess not.

Busted down homes even worse than the eyesores one sees in Hemet are selling for upwards of 2 Million dollars apiece in neighborhoods around the Silicon Valley area, Hemet politicians have no clue about what it is going to take to turn Hemet around into a top notch community with those kinds of astronomical real estate values. They're dorks in every sense of the word. I certainly am not going to tell them. They get paid the big bucks. Let them figure out what needs to be done. Don't hold your breath. Hemet is now another Compton
