According to Ms. Milne:
What's happening in Hemet is imagined by the citizens and contrived by unions.
Hemet's increase in crime is no worse than any other city and the lack of jobs has nothing to do with the city council. The recall notice served to her, Smith, and Youssef is simply because of a lost election. There is no corruption in Hemet and never has been. It's all about the local union wanting control.

Really Ms. Milne?

Seems those against you are non partisan, are people of the community and therefore if a police officer or fireman is in the mix this makes it a "union effort"?
Why not a religious effort as those that look to recall you come from many faiths?
Why not a small business effort as OUR community is comprised of local business owners?
Why not a "tea party" effort because, yes, the effort includes a party you claim to "organize".
Why not an effort of housewives because....well, you know.
What not a senior citizen movement?

A community contains many people of many backgrounds and beliefs. All think for themselves and the vast majority DO NOT support our council 3.

THIS IS A COMMUNITY EFFORT! And completely about keeping our city a city and keeping it safe, prosperous and growing responsibly for US and for future generations to come.

This Hemet city council has been repeatedly warned countless times over the years that their actions were leading to Hemet's dismantling and destruction. Now that these idiots have achieved their definition of "success"., they want to shove the dismantling of the rest of Hemet down the throats of its responsible citizenry. I congratulate the effort to get rid of these miscreants, and the sooner the better. Hemet had more going for it than Temecula and could have surpassed Temecula as the dominant high end community in the Inland Empire. Instead, because of leadership by buffoons, we are now the laughingstock of the inland empire. We have these three buffoons & many of their likeminded predecessors to thank for this debacle. Every day they remain in office and are allowed to draw their salary is another nail in Hemet's coffin. I say good riddance to the lot of them, and let's start a rapid rebuilding program. We need two massive programs immediately. One is a far reaching program to fix the mess we find ourselves in. The other is a master plan to turn Hemet around to quickly transform it into the most progressive city of the Inland Empire. A tall order for sure., but the sooner we start, the sooner we will achieve this dream. And we all know the place to start.

Public employee unions want to have local services, so they can drain the city of taxpayers hard earned dollars. The greed of Public Employee unions knows no bounds. There is no consideration for the welfare of the community as long as the public employee unions get their money and benefits.

Just wondering what you think the option is if not local services? I mean if your argument is Unions and Greed what sense does it make from going to hring Cal Fire and thier Giant union rather than keeping Hemet Fire and their small union? They both have unions do you want to deal with the smaller local or the giant state wide union? I just don't get the argument...
Recall Hemet Citizens

I would like to recall every Hemet citizen that is complaining about the city council while upside down on their mortgages, credit cards maxed, 2 $600 car payments, smoking 2 packs a day. What are they contributing to Hemet?? I know...Nothing! THEY are the detriment to Hemet, They are mad at themselves for their own financial ruin and taking it out on anyone and everyone. What did they think living way beyond their means, pretending to be something their not? I bet you these are the people running Rebuild Hemet, Hemet Politics....etc. How about REBUILD YOURSELF, then worry about the politics of society! We wealthy people behind the scenes of the counsel have no need for a rag tag coalition of supposed supporters of Hemet who do nothing but target innocent hard working people.

I hold a Masters Degree in Psychology and I cannot believe the content of the comment above! Anyone who has lived in this city over the past 20 years has seen this city go down hill rapidly over the past several years. Do some research. In the year 2010, Hemet held a crime index scord of 10 (100 being the safest while 0 is the least safest). Again, the crime index score for Hemet is 10. This means that, out of all of the other cities in the entire United States of America, 90% are SAFER than Hemet.

Who has made the decisions to earn money for Hemet by accepting the relocation of thousands of individuals, who have previously lived in crime-filled cities, to fill the city of Hemet? Did they honestly think that these newly relocated individuals would not bring their criminal behavior with them?

Who has made the decision to earn money for the city of Hemet by taking in released felons because the government no longer has the money to keep them in prison? What? Now Hemet is housing more than their fair share?

Why aren't people starting up businesses here? Why aren't large companies moving their franchises here? Why aren't people flocking to the city of Hemet? Could it be because that there is nothing here worth coming for?

Good, honest Americans will not move to Hemet, and the good citizens of Hemet that have lived here for years are moving away because of the massive infiltration of unsafe people. Who is responsible for this? Did the leadership of this city do anything to prevent this? Do the city counsel members of Hemet even live here themselves?

The Slum Lords are the Drs who have made money off the Seniors of this town ... MOST of the Drs no longer live in this valley because they know it is unsafe.
The investors outside of this area bought into this area ...they do not care what happens , they do not live here.
As for the "good ole boys" that USED to run this Valley ...they are old, they do not care .. they had their time here.
NO this town is being ruined BY the new influx that have moved in here. You think this counsel we have now are LOCALS, raised here? Nope ...
I say ELECT people that have truly LIVED here .

With all these problems in Hemet, people are going nuts about contracting out the fire department? Sounds like people's priorities are screwed up.

All of these nutcases going crazy about the fire department contract need to worry about their OWN financial problems. Seems like they are displacing their anger towards their husband's ability to provide and taking out on the city counsel or Cal fire. Worry about your own shiz....like your $1000 a month car payments, or your upside down mortgages, or the 450 unsavory looking women your hubby has befriended on Facebook!
