No, they'll have jobs with CR&R for about six months and then they'll be fired or laid-off.

Our city manager and city council are the people that need to be fired. Complete and utter buffoons.

so twenty five up front out of eighty two... which they'll come back in a few years, hat in hand, shufflin' their feet... need a few more bucks from ya, economy, dah dah dah

and you'll GIVE it to em "it's fo' de emplayeehhs, massa..

not us po' chidren

what a perfectly perverted scene. kinda like watchin a corporate charlie manson weave his web.

twenty five is a fat pot to pinch, wonder who'll be doing the counting on that one... if you ever wondered why the current accounting manager got hired, given her performance to date

well, then, now you should know.

guess the old city mangler is crafty enough to take you rubes for the difference between eighty two million and about a hundred and twenty

because that's what you would have had from your own operation, same ratio as it's been for the last twenty years

a slow sliding scale upwards, adjusted for the cpi and whatever public safety needed.

i guess you just don't count anymore.

your safety, in public. that is.

might want to check out a ccw class

travesty cubed times eternally stupid is:

I don't care about more and better service....I care about these poor workers getting laid-off at the expense of the tax payers. We already have a great service with the city trash company. I wonder who's pockets got lined with this deal.
So what

Whats the big deal? People baffle me. If this is what is going to help the city why not? Lets face it the entire city of hemet "workers" are over paid. CRNR is hands down a better trash company and bigger division. If people are complaining that paying an extra 10- 20 bucks more a month is really the problem, look at the overall spectrum. It might make this city better it self. I would rather pay the extra money knowing it is going to a better company.

You sound like that "baked", out to lunch, idiot we have on our city council. Well, I guess that would describe most of them.

Here's my rating on your post: F-ING CLUELESS..

um, let's see you might as well rank them in order city manager at about one million dollars, city council, about fifty grand to youseff, twenty grand to gomer pyle, i mean franchville, 100 grand to foreman and smith, each.

nothing to krupa, she's both clueless and helpless, can't get out of her own way, much less get in THE way.

they probably bought franchville off by promising that faggy narcissist a statue of him in weston park and a session at glamour shots.

nakamura is the one to really go after, he better be real good at hiding his money from the IRS. he'll be bunking with ayres.

funny how even krupa lies like a rug, acting like everything that's been said is anywhere near true. what a joke.

the most honest of any of these retards is foreman, who essentially stated that they are going to sell the trash pickup FOR THE MONEY.

thing is, no one thinks even one day ahead.

they'll get 25 million up front. besides being suspicious of anyone walking around with 25 million to throw around (it's like vegas, how do you think they got that money?)

you would ask a, what exactly are you going to do with that money, let it sit in the bank as your reserve? or are you going to shell it out on consultants? maybe you should hire consultants like Meg Whitman did, hire a dozen of them to tell you how to give them all of your money.

you think they are going to pave streets? fund pre natal programs? these jackazzes gave up the simpson center, in a town that still is packed with seniors.

yeah, they really care about the citizens.

these turds won't do a damn thing positive with that up front money, and even then it's like taking a big refi on your house... that you can't afford later on. sound familiar, anyone?

when they get done stealing that chunk of change, handing it out to their buddies (you should see a flow chart of the "people" that nakamura has surrounded himself with, talk about flippin' cronyism to the ultimate degree!) there wont' be but a paltry 2 million a year coming in from good old generous CRR. puhh leeeze.

by then this prime pack of jackals will be gone and only two factions will be left to deal with the carnage: some new council and you.

oh, and p.s.

every damned thing that has been said, over and over again, from the stupid, childish R3 report to every statement uttered by any council jerk has been a total lie. not a little bit, either.

i for one hope they all roast in hell.

Let's see here...We sell off the trash company, now they want to sell out the police and fire services....why don't they flex their nuts and cut their own salaries? This city council is a clown fest...

To the clown that says CR&R is going to be worth the extra fees because they're going to "improve" the city... Get real. A utopia is not going to break out because we suddenly have red and blue trash trucks.

Hello, I live in Chico Ca where we were unfortunate enough to inherit Brian Nakamura, Mark Orme and our newly appointed by Nakamura, finance director, Chris Constantine. In just a few months, Mr. Nakamura has slashed 41 city worker positions while negotiating a sizable pay raise for himself and Mr. Orme. Now he's proposing privatizing/ outsourcing our city services. We/I am sending out a plea for help. I want this guy to be punished not only for what he's done in Hemet and what he's doing to Chico but also what he's done in other communities like Oregon City, etc. Do you have any provable information that could help us? Please contact me at sherriquam@juno.com. Thank you for any help you can give us.
