We ate there about 2 years ago and we happen to meet him. After speaking with him for about two minutes, we had the feeling that he was a real jerk. We never went back. There was something about him and the whole place that we didn't trust. Now we know that our feelings were right. We also heard about him recycling the bread and whatever he could.
The bartender admitted to a friend of mine that the drinks were watered down.
It's too bad for his wife and the employees who work there.

I use to Run Dukes with old owner Bob and Tammy. I am shocked, this was a great restaurant at one time. I left in 2007, for an opportunity in Advertising. I miss that place and miss all my employees. We always had a great time. I wish my old employees well love them all.

You must have been at different restaurant than a couple of us who use to work there when it was “Dukes” because the management was lousy. they insisted that we work off the clock many times.
We were never paid for overtime and special treatment was given to a certain female.
Which caused others hardship by having to work that employee’s hours and carry the load.
Management demanded a percentage of our hard earned tips.
If you are who you claim to be, then you should be ashamed of yourself.
When we complained, we were given less hours or told to work odd a split shift.
That was very hard on those of us who were single parents.

Wait a minute you must of started working there after summer of 2007, we never asked for tips, and this man was not running the restaurant. This restaurant was one of the busiest most happening restaurant in town for 3 years in a row when I was there. My employees were happy. The only ones that werent was the ones that were fired for stealing or just not being dependable.
