I agree completely, and enthusiastically. however, my dog's excrement is offended by your statement, as it should be. at least dog waste can be scooped up and thrown into the composter, where something beneficial results.

The J&H Tobacco Plus storefront on Main Street in San Jacinto is seen in a photo taken before it opened. An alleged connection between the owner of the shop, which has since closed, and former City Councilman Steve Di Memmo led to an investigation of Di Memmo, but the state found insufficient evidence to suggest wrongdoing.

we'll see if he puts his money where his big lying mouth is- crystal ruiz' main campaign donor got a city contract months after she was elected. she not only didn't disclose the relationship, she participated fully in the discussions and votes for it. THIS is a blatant violation of fppc's rules, and an obvious connection. let's just see how much his word is worth (although we all know the answer).
di Memmo DESERVES an apology, at the very least !

as ALL of the previous council members, EXCEPT for Mr. Di Memmo, were found to be- oh, pardon me- ADMITTED THEY WERE GUILTY CROOKS , in a court of law- that, as well as the topic of the article being about this man, made for easy guesswork on my part.

additionally, this comment of yours completely confirms it. and, just to give you a heads up on things...no, I am not him. if I were, i'd have no problem holding my head high, and acknowledging it, as he has nothing to be ashamed of. and, if more people would use their own brains, and actually desired to seek out the truth for themselves EVER, or AT ALL, then they might actually come to realize what is, and what has been, going on in city hall. maybe if more people actually cared enough about their community to find out exactly what is happening; that the people they elect, who they have chosen to place their lives in the hands of, are doing what they ought to be, and solely in the best interests of the citizens they took an oath to serve; cared enough to attend council meetings, to voice their opinions, and hear what actions are being taken by elected city leaders; perhaps that would be an indication that we the people, will not stand for those kinds of behavior. like the self-serving, good 'ol pals system that merely gives one favor for another, over and over again.

sigh- but, no one cares that much, right ? sad- but I know that to be the case- every meeting I attend, with barely a handful of people in attendance, besides city staff, council, and management. so, I hope that you have read all the documents, minutes, contracts, monthly warrants and disbursements reports, audits, consultants' reports and findings, etc etc etc , as I have, to base your assertions on in the future.
