First thing they need to do is fire Nakamura, get Andy Hall to pay the city for the damage to the cars & make certain that Franchville never holds office in Hemet again

Absolutely amazing; Nakamura has completely subverted a hundred years of history. Built from scratch and finely tuned, literally over a hundred years, the city was developed into a "full service city."

worked real well, too, until the entire state of california once again led the way in the wake of 9/11 and started falling victim to the extortion of the public safety unions, squeezing every last drop of financial blood from cities and counties. that movement swept the nation, until whole municipal, county and even state budgets took fatal hits, reducing the "rest of the services" available to almost nothing.

good old' Nakamura sure took advantage of this to line his pocket; look at your city now: not even a budget posted online, you know, for you mere mortal citizens to see how your 100 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR "city budget" is being spent. after all, it's only your money, your streets, your safety, and your lives. how dare you to presume to want to know anything about it?

looks like the good old "how much your public servants make" is gone too, you want to know what it takes to steal a hundred grand a year from you? take a look at some of the "job descriptions" and then ask yourself what "equivalent to" a four year degree means?

but that's okay, we took away what "that position" pays, so you can't co relate anything... hey, we're just keeping your blood pressure down.

funny how there's still a refuse superintendent listed, didn't they contract out the refuse service?

and funny how the job descriptions curiously leave out the deputy city manager's salary history, since a few years ago the person in that job got a massive 40 percent pay increase to do the job of Human Resources as well as Deputy CM. But when, a few months ago i hear, he was relieved of that duty, his pay didn't go down, but went UP instead?

and people cried foul about Bell?

wow.

now they have 25 MILLION dollars in their pocket, but can't "fund community activities?"

why, because the last time they let the deputy city manager be in charge of one, he spent over a hundred grand on a truckload of rocks and pizza?

or because the last time they let Franchville do a "state of the city" he sold tickets from CR&R?

what's the matter, Nakamura, too obvious? over the top? threaten to expose your clever scheme to dip into the coffers?

funny how there's no budget online, or even TALKED about. except, "hey, we're too broke to fork out for your community events..." shhhhh, don't mention our big windfall for twenty five mil, we've already divvied that all up.
