As of 5/3, not only is our project NOT EVEN CLOSE to being done, but Mr. Perry has taken 75% of the money for the project and we have not had any project work done in over 3 WEEKS. His previous construction mgr is no longer with the company and the new const mgr (Charles) promised us on 4/23 that the crews would be here on 5/3 to continue work UNTIL COMPLETION of the project. On 5/1, WE initiated yet another call (Brandon) to confirm work on 5/3 - no one showed on 5/3. S/w Brandon at 12 pm on 5/3- he assured a call back on 5/3-NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL RESPONSE and NO SHOW.
