Hey brenda, dont worry about explaining yourself to anyone! You know the truth and so does your family and that is all that matters! Keep fighting the good fight! Alot of things need to change in bandera, the law enforcement, and the schools just for a start! Just be careful of who you trust and put stock in, there are alot of people who will hurt you more than help! There are people on this forum who also have something negitive to say about everthing, sometimes i wonder if they want to help or just hear themselves bitch! Lol! Good luck and i continue to prau for your family!!

Does anyone know who nemisis is. This sounds like the type of person who could turn out to be a psychotic murder like the one in arizona.

Nemisis..you are no doubt the epitome of the definition of the word coward. Because of your obvious alignment with the corruption that exists in the bandera county sheriffs dept. You are a true bottom feeder. To make an anonymous threat to a person is true cowardice in every respect, you are no doubt a pathetic, low IQ redneck with limited intelligence and just like many before you, your days are numbered and I feel sorry for you. You no doubt live a pathetic life. Threaten me till your heart is content, no threat from a coward would ever bother me, not for one second. Besides I know who you are, you will never know who I am. This is the first and last time you will hear from me. I do not make threats. I am not a coward.

question for ya shadow. if there are 3 statements by 3 diffrent victims ,one is from jesse, accusing the same person in 01,and still today in 11 what reason would there be for the state not to have stepped in then or now. also why would jesse have been charged and prosecuted if his sis originally accused the step dad who was accused many times before ? why were the accusations against step dad ignored ? it is a fact lil sis was coerced ,jesse was scared into a false confession . so how could the mom and step dad walk off without a scratch or jail time ??? i have my nephews juvi files and i have durable power of attorney . if i go to news with all this info will it jepordize his case ?

Did you say you had an attorney working on this? If you do ask him, I don't know what he may be thinking.
If not take the stuff you have to the Bandera County Courier and ask them about doing a story.
They are fair and will tell you what they think. And these people are not afraid to make waves.
Maybe a good front page story is what Jesse needs now to get some light on this.
Go and look at the investigators with the Sheriff's department and you will get your answer. They are more concerned about what is for lunch than anything else. They appear to me to let things slide that might tie them up doing real work.
If Jesse gave them a confession that is all they would need to shut it down.
I still find it hard to believe they would prosecute him that young.
It is probably just a quick and easy way to end the investigation with someone to lay the blame on. Doesn't suprise me at all.

Well if anyone has read today's Bandera Bulletin, looks like no matter what is going on in the county, it is still going to be ran by the "good ol' boy rule"! It makes me sick! I dont think anything will change in this county! It is NOT what you know, it is who you know or is related to! Keep fighting Brenda! I hope you WIN your case! Shadow it is very kind of you to be there, it sounds like you are alot of help!

well there isnt exactly a lawyer yet ,we do have help and good people behind us though ,im just getting tired of the cat and mouse game ,the interrogation tape was destroyed in 05 isnt that illegal? and my niece was taken out of the home ,put back in then taken out again ? during the investigation . who allowed that? you wouldnt believe what ive read , what happend to these kids was cold blooded .weve spoke to many lawyers and now that we have files to back us up i dont think it will take long to find the right one. thanks for your opinion friend.

You are so right...Sounds like typical Bandera politics. The majority of the city/County is crooked..and needs cleaning...start at the sheriffs office and trickle up or down to judges, county attorneys including ex. Schneider, city/county staff.

I cannot believe what I read about the Wheeler story, that is just plain wrong!!...So the residents of Bandera just keep paying more and more in taxes, as the county gets sued left and right due to incompetence of the people they hire...or put in place as a favor to one of the "good ol boys" or girls!!
