harrassment by school officials

yesterday, my 14 yr old went to school and handed the principle a doctor's note stating he was being treated for anxiety. the principle immediately forced him into a room and questioned him about a criminal case that is going on in the school. my child stated that he was not comfortable with this, and wanted his parents. the principle told him he's NOT allowed to have his parents there, and by law, he MUST answer these questions

the child stated that the principle asked him questions, then tried to make him change his answers saying things like, " don't you mean.......' and, " are you sure you didn't mean to say......."

the principle then violated my child's right to doctor pateint confidentiality by asking him what he told the doctor at his dr appointment, and what the doctor said, etc

the principle stated that my child is not allowed to take the medication that the DOCTOR prescribed .

the principle, after seeing the dr note that the child was being treated for anxiety, took total advantage of the situation and harrassed and cohersed my child

this man should be fired . he is abusive, and very VERY untrustworthy. shame on you south river school system. you are disgusting

the child was cohersed and intimidated. the principle told him that " BY LAW, YOU MUST ANSWER MY QUESTIONS." then proceeded to ask him personal questions about his medical conditions, asking for details like, " tell me exactly what u told the doctor", etc

the harrassment continues in the south river school system. teachers, principle, and staff members are harrassing your children. nobody will do anything to stop this. the police do nothing. a school official can do anything they want to your children. they kidnapped a child and held him against his will. the board of education is completely aware of the abuse and harrassment that has been going on for MANY YEARS, and they do NOTHING to stop it. they obviously condone this behaviour. what a god damn crime

My child is a 5th grader at our local elementary. School she had knee surgery in July 2012 bec she tour her ACL tendon and damaged her Manisquis so she had a a total ACL repair and they repaired her Manusquis...I have never seen a school di disrespectful in my life my daughter has Physical therapy 2 days a week bit counting when she has orthopedic appts. My story is everytime they see my daughter their ?ing her on get absences she's only been absent from this school a total of 6 days we went to get fall festival at her school her asst principle calls her out with a lot of people standing around having the nerve to ask her why was she absent? I said I'm sorry what was that? She stated well I've told her To watch her absences or she won't pass CRCT (test per state to move to next grade) I said r u kidding me I smiled and I said DON'T WORRY SHE WILL PASS SHE ALWAYS HAS!! We left the festival at my daughters school. My daughter then proceeds to tell me that her and a friend in her class got called to the principle office bec they were not getting along typical girls the asst principle looks at them states " you two are the biggest ones in the class" looks at my Daughter and says have you been walking referring to my child's weight! What can I do I'm tired if their remarks their cocky words and sarcastic attitudes like their better HELP!!!
