Layne Sultana has been taking care if these ferel cats including spaying/neutering and shots, which I'm sure include rabies shots. She has even offered to properly fence the playground so the cats can't get in. Property owners should show a little compasion. These cats have probably lived there longer than they have. They are living, feeling animals who have been discarded by us so-called humans. They are homeless and don't deserve to die because of it.

I just wanted to add to my previous comment on Wednesday. I admire Layne Sultana for her dedication to these feral cats. She is doing so much to help and protect them. I hope this situation is resolved in a good way for her and her cats.
