Next time you girls buy anything at charming charlies, make sure you look at your receipt. The very first time I purchased a item at their store in College station, I failed to see that returns are only valid for 14 days. Even with my receipt they wouldn't let me exchange my shirt. I ended up losing $27.99 because I was to busy to return my purchase before 14 days. Girls beware!

I LOVE this store! It has a fantastic selection of unique stuff. You don't have to worry about 20 other people having the exact shirt or ring you just bought. And I have never had a problem with exchanging anything there.

This store is amazing! I love it. Everything you will ever need to accessorize is found right here. 14 days is plenty of time to return something...that isn't exactly a fault on the store.

Thirty days is the standard, and a even exchange not allowed with a receipt. I have a problem with that one. But, I will still check the place out. I see I have one in the Katy area. I will beware, Thanks

OMG! I went yesterday for the 1st time and can't wait to go back.
It has "everything" for "everyone". I believe all woman love earrings, necklaces and braclets. There selection also fits everyone's style, especially mine. Thank you, Charming Charlie!

Sounds personal - I too have met Charlie and found him quite personable and indeed charming! As a frequent shopper for several years now - i can honestly say i have never been disappointed in any of my purchases! I love the exceptional job they do of displaying the merchandise, the amazing selections and fun styles.

I asked about the return policy at the Charming Charlie in Katy right after I purchased something and the sales lady mentioned that they don't accept returns. I was wondering what happened to the returns booth? I'd rather go to the West Oaks Macy's and shop there instead.

I went to Charming Charlie and I had a return and they were super nice to me. They said I could have store credit b/c it had been past the 14 days. I love going to this store its awesome and so are there prices!!!!!!

who ever told you they don't return.... was just flat out wrong, charming charlie is an awsome store, expanding across tx, hopefully utah, cali, and all over the us really soon, if you didn't like their service, i would simply just go to another location, maybe the could do something for you.... and don't forget to tell them about your bad experience so it could get fixed... if you have names, even better. i've been going for years, and i've NEVER had a problem

About the return policy... Are you sure?? Online, it says 30 days and they'll refund you however you paid in-store. Why would it say different on their receipts?

OMG, We went to Charming Charlie's grand opening in Highland Village and could not believe the assortments of jewelry. But while we were admiring the beautiful rings, a sales girl(Amanda) stopped to give us a basket and also informed us that the rings were half off today. To our delight we picked out several rings and even made a long distance phone call to our mother to find out if she would like a discounted ring. Of course she did. But guess what! The half off was only on sterling silver.So we didn't get as good of a deal as Amanda led us to believe.We should have asked more questions and got the refreshments(at the very least).

ok just to clarify this whole return policy thing. Its 14 days with tags and reciept and you will get all your money back the way you paid. It says it right on the bottom of the receipt. And up to 30 days you can get store credit. Most of the time they are nice enough to give you store credit after 30 days. Alot of retail places aren't even giving money back anymore so the 14 days you have to return isnt really that bad.
