Woman faces DUI charge after fleein.....
A Hedgesville woman was arrested on one count of fleeing while driving under the influence late Tuesday night after allegedly refusing to pull over for a Berkeley County sheriff's deputy, and allegedly told the officer afterward that she didn't feel like stopping, according to a copy of the warrant for her arrest.

The motorist should have refused to submit to sobriety tests, and a motorist is well within their rights to do so, regardless of what the dunce cop "deems".
She should have also refused to make any statements, talking to police is really not necessary during an arrest.
Fortunately for police, many people that they arrest are poorly educated on their rights, so even a dunce cop with a GED can make an arrest stick.
