There are a lot of Senior Citizens in the Northridge School District that are on fixed incomes that are having enough trouble trying to keep roofs over their heads their utilities paid and food and medicines. It would be nice to know who is going to step up and help them when they have to pay more in taxes. If the 1% tax renewal and the bond hadn't passed it would have meant peace of mind to them.
What about thinking of the people that don't have kids in school especially the senior citizens on fixed incomeswhy make them pay?
What do the people who don't work ,like the ones on public aide and the ones that rent what do they pay?I have no problem with most people on public aide but seriosly what do they pay?
