<quoted text>George Peter Lynard for one that killed a driver in Nevada while driving under the influence of Marijuana (not alcohol and marijuana). Or check out Michigan V. Swift, another similar case. While I am not a librarian, those are two that I pulled off google real quick for you.
In my opinion, this guy could have been completely clean, and have the same accident. I will never believe that weed caused this accident. Coincidence...yes.
Marijuana doesn't impair you like that.
More importantly, marijuana stays in the system 30 days. He could have smoked marijuana two weeks prior, and it would still be in his system.
You'll never convinced me that marijuana caused the accident.

Fortunately I don't need to convince you, just a jury when I prosecute cases involving DUI Marijuana

i was told someone has posted something about me on here, i don't mess with computers but i thought all u crack smoking heroin pushing pill popping coke sniffing alcoholics out there throwing stones should look in your Owen closets before you run your big frigging mouths about something you know nothing about. the best way to confront an issue with me would be at the front door not behind the screen of a computer. oh that's rite you have nothing better to do with your selves other than hiding behind a computer in your closet with all YOUR secretes.
Smoke some more crack, and what a potty mouth....

No, I am not claiming to be an Attorney, I would be an LEO. I have made many DUI Marijuana arrests and have always gotten convictions. Furthermore, I have worked many DUI Marijuana related accidents. You can claim all you want, I will trust what I see with my own eyes

Frankly you don't have to, I don't care. I have worked DUI Task Force long enough to know what I have seen and done. If you believe me or not, doesn't really bother me. I will go on and say that I believe that Marijuana should be legalized. I think it is important to keep people from driving under the influence of Marijuana, just as alcohol.
