Ways to reduce gang violence will get a full hearing this year in the Nebraska Legislature.

Saying Nebraska has a gang problem is like saying Omaha is too cosmopolitan and sophisticated.

Just more people who are either dumb, looking to make a buck, or have nothing better to do. There is no gang problem. Just because there are some pieces of shit with guns that kill each other, that does not make them gang members.
