There are plenty of highly publicized cases of innocent people going to jail based solely on the testimony of someone's false accusations. When was the last time someone sat in jail on a, "He Said/She Said" case? Don't think there is corroborating evidence? Think again. Someone very close to me was falsely accused many years ago of a horrible crime. The judge was so P.O.'d at the accuser that he gave the accuser 72 hours to find a witness. Just ONE witness...case kicked out of court because defense had 30 something folks lined up who saw and knew the truth. Does it hit close to home, "Innocent Until Proven Guilty"? Yep, and that person dang sure didn't sit in jail. Bottom line, there is a minor who must be protected and there is an accused behind bars. All the cursing, wise cracks, who is tougher than whom, isn't going to change the fact that this minor must carry on with her life regardless of the outcome. A bunch of grown people saying and doing the horrible things they've done are abominations.
What this group of bikers is doing is only drawing more attention to the situation and I believe probably making it harder for her to get on with her life. I understand they think they are doing the right thing but its just dividing a community even more. The insinuation that violence is the answer is outrageous. They seem to think it don't matter if she is lying or not. I'm here to tell you it matters very much. If she is lying he may be acquitted but his life will never be the same.
