I am trying to research and find as much info as possible on Show Low Pines, Arizona (Apache County). My aging Mom owns 4 lots there (Unit 10 - various lots). Her taxes on each piece of property has near tripled this year. We are trying to find out what is happening in the area that is making the property value go up so much.
We have not been there for many years and have little knowledge of the area now.
Can anyone help me out? I have done several yahoo and google searches but can not find an area map for Show Low Pines (Only for Show Low).
Have seen some blogs but they give little info and seem to conflict in knowledge. Last we were there it had little anything around there, sounds like the area is growing and becoming more popular???
Thanks to anyone who can help me learn more and research the area for my Mom.

Debbie,

I have a Section-Range-Township Map I can email you. That shows the locations of the various units of Show Low Pines. Show Low Pines has 10 Units. All are roughly 1 square mile except Unit 7 wich is 1/2 square Mile. The units are not contiguous, they are scatters across an area that is 8 miles North to South and 7 miles east to west. There are other Platted "subdivisions" in the area as well, including Show Low Park and Show Low Paradise which all total comprise less area than all of the combined Show Low Pines Units. The majority of the land in this roughly 50 square mile area is open range where cattle run free.

I have property near Show Low Pines, but it is not within its boundary. I am trying to find a contact person that would have information about the community wells within Show Low Pines, and the possibility of participating in the cost of the wells so that I can draw from them. If anyone has any info please respond. My email is boopski@cox.net
I have also been trying to find a contact for the White Mountain Lake organization/homeowners association that I know have been meeting.
