Yea that could be it good observation none the less it was good entertaining football got the community excited and the students that's what really what matters in my opinion plus we were winning and the players wanted to play how many classes get to say they got 3peat district titles and over 20 consecutive district wins? Not many and the classes after that kept up with it with a lose here and there still winning seasons we can't control the district we played in we just played and did well oh well that was then plus you gotta excuse the team for some of those playoff L as players you can't really control when you run the ball all season and come playoff you want to pass an run plays you've only ran once or twice!(Mind you some of those games were only several points difference pretty good for playing against "big boys from REAL power house districts!" Huh?) JUST SAYING!!
Yeah, for sure I agree Hebbron loves a great ball game whether it be football or baseball, hell even volleyball.
Guess the dude from victoria don't really know anything about what school spirit is about, he prob just wants to bring other people down.

GO HORNS!!!

Actually if u all go out and watch some of these peewee games u can tell who is gonna be a good football player as long as they stay on the right path. The young Jr. high football players have heart. I've only seen two running backs who I think will dominate high school football once they are there. They are Oscar Salazar and John Vela. That's just my opinion.

You know what "spectator"? You can thank the parents for keeping these young kids motivated in the game. So as long as they keep their grades up in school also. js.

The people you all are mentioning are good but the SAD part about it is they never keep up with their grades so you can't count on them. Sad but true.

How would you know what these kids grades are ? Either you are their teacher or a hater! These kids have talent and should be praised for their efforts in school and on the field !

In order to replace a varsity player, you would have to be a REALLY GOOD newcomer. I mean, it can happen but seldom. Alright, Brisket lover, so you're ready for a Longhorn Football revival? OK people it's time to go see "Bola Cola" in action. So, Feed the dogs, lock up your daughters. Go to the stadium, sit down, and shut up ’cause it is "Bola Cola" time! BUT!! before you hit the field I need you to work a little bit harder. You need to learn this offense, son. You need to know this offense in your mind, in your body. You need to know this offense so well that your children are gonna know this offense in their own DNA. Do you understand me? DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME!!! GOOD! LMAO!!

To be honest with you after what we saw this past season I believe a majority of these up and coming players can get in there and replace some of these varsity players! Saw no heart, leadership, determination, and pride sad but true we need to get some fresh meat in there and bring back longhorn spirit even if its just one win its still better then last season right? Get them started young no reason to play these to be seniors they didn't care then why now! One season out of them and they are gone... Pointless lets focus on the future! Got a lot of talent coming up 8th grade team had the only winning season get em ready now!!!

Who is going to be the horns next qb? We need someone to motivate and bring back that longhorn pride! Someone young and fresh? Rebuild the team get ready for the future of longhorn football! Got a good group of kids coming up! Fresh start I say! Last group had no heart or pride!
Yeah but the coach was lynched for that heartless group. So if the team goes un-winnable again, is this coach going to suffer the same outcome?
