I can't seem to be able to pull the opinion page up on the internet. Do you know of any way I could read what she wrote without buying a paper?
Could you maybe furnish a link besides a link to just the paper.
I think this woman should have been fired on the spot and her husband fully investigated.

people who disrespect the law, shouldn't be allowed to work in law enforcement - unfortunately for her co-workers, her being allowed to remain an employee for the Heavener Police Department reflects poorly on the entire department!

Unfortunately this decision to allow the alleged suspect to remain on as dispatcher of the Heavener Police Dept. reflects just how lightly the Dept. takes the drug issues in the Heavener area.

You obviously do not know much about the whole situation and what all is going on in this dept. and the things they for the area. But its great that you guys guys have enough free time to dog the local law enforcement on here, and my guess is that this will go on until YOU need their help!

This is the stuff she was caught doing. What about all of the stuff she did without getting caught?

Should you get a ticket for speeding if no one knows it? Should you get a seatbelt ticket for not wearing it? Have you ever in your whole life taken any medicine not prescribed to you? Antibiotics given by a friends etc? That is a felony. Have you ever had maybe too much to drink and not gotten caught, made it home safe? Should we give you a dui now for it? I doubt you have been caught at everything you have ever done wrong either.
What she did was WRONG. PERIOD. no amount of justification can make her actions ok for any reason at all and she will and has paid dearly for her actions and will pay more with probable jail time.
Continuing to persecute someone for being an addict who is in recovery now does no good to anyone. Maybe making yourself feel high and mighty by pretending to be perfect gets you off but I don't like to make people feel badly about themselves when they already do. You are obviously a kick them while they are down person cause I feel better about me. Sad way to live really.
I pray that your life becomes less pathetic so you can get a life and stop bothering people behind a computer screen and go do it in real life. I pray that your life becomes full so you don't have to spend all day sending rediculously unhelpful theories to families of murdered people. I will pray you find peace.

You have some kind of notion that her behaviour is normal? In case you didn't notice, this site is a newspaper article, published, and we are allowed to comment on it. Sorry for you. As far as my theories, well the cases havn't been solved right? Unless you know something everyone else doesnt know. And please, don't pray for me. I don't need a hippocrite babbling some crap.

And if you read every single statement on here, no one feels sorry for her, me included. As far as having a couple of beers after work, it's normal behaviour. Stealing is not. You have a twisted sense of what normal is. Ah, and that includes murder also.

I never said it was normal. I actually said was it was wrong. VERY WRONG! However I do not see the good in continuing to persecute a person over a year after the fact does no one any good. And who said anything about murder? It is a far stretch of YOUR imagination to attempt to somehow connect her to a murder???? Hate her and her actions if you want but it is libel to write those things down without proof. You poor poor thing with nothing better to do. I understand though, your bored and have no life so this is what you do. It isn't normal for you to do this either. Examine your motives. Are you really trying to help anyone? Or are you just trying to persecute someone she has never met?

Ms Ruby, How can you write about something you have no idea what you are talking about. Rumors get started and things get twisted around when you cant get your facts straight. I have known her for a little while now. I too wondered about this myself so i asked her one day. She was very open about what happened. 1. She never stole from a doctor office, mind you the office held drugs there but every thing was accounted for, even when she worked at the hospital, everything accounted for. 2. Just because somebody does something bad doesnt make them a bad person, just means they made a bad decision. 3. Has she hurt your in anyway, has she stole from you? 4. Have you personally met her? If you would like to you apparently know where she works. Ask her urself what she did. 5. And yes background checks are done. She has had to overcome those things she stated, but being honest with your employer is the best thing.
Do you think that every single person should be deemd bad if they do things. or do you think ppl can change and deserve second chances. I would hope that one day you are never judged for your wrongs, the person judging usually needs to turn and judge themselves.
