Barrett ran this park for 26 years with a committee made up of one person, himself with no public input. The buildings have been empty and in disrepair for a long time. Most of the tenants don't pay rent or barely enough rent to cover expenses. They are upset they will have to pay more if private owners buy the park. The city should not be subsidising tentants or in commercial retail business. Give it to private developers and collect taxes on it.

I didn't realize that Talia's had a problem for 11 years. Why would it become public only after a regiem change? Of course the FYP will give it a chance as the new management team pretty much ensures they won't pay rent for another 20 years. If Mr. Morandi, of the NAHS, were a bit more savy he would be using this opportunity to advocate for a more prominent position in the future of Mass MoCA's planning.

He stupidshiate--there are 2 (maybe 3) HP spaces adjacent to the FYP building---a few steps from the front door

That's not the point-you said to move HP closer to FYP--you can't get any closer than the HP spaces are already
