Its tough when a Billion dollar business is so cheap and if you do get a raised they will cut back on your hours like the supermarkets that are around here. I hate wal mart they ran all other businesses out of the area and then jacked up their prices nothing cheap about wal mart and the stuff you buy there its lucky it will last a week. I couldn't deal with the pep talks you people have to deal with every morning. Who could get excited about getting porked everyday listening to the idiots of mangers giving you a bull sh-it line in why you should work harder for them.

they want you to go to training out of town, for 2 weeks!! how do they think people hae money up front to eat 3 meals a day, with no pay? Granted they will pay for meals after the training, but that is just crazy!! Train them right here. come on!

Train them for what how to sell junk. Just give the people descent wages and watch how wal mart could blossom again. You can have all the training in the world but if you work in a dead job what good is it?

Big deal! Everyone working there will still be eligible for/collecting food stamps, rent subsidies and MassHealth.

How does this help the economy of North Adams?

Exactly. Some people around here are actually excited about a bigger Walmart. Why? The prices at Big Y might fall a bit.

More minimum wage jobs with no benefits! Let's have a goddamn parade!

You've got to be shitting me.

Let's see which is better,85 new low paying jobs or no new jobs? Open a business and hire 85 people at any wage and that is better than anything you have done to improve the area, other than you having a vasectomy.DUMBASS

At least we know where you buy all your attire, not Larry. You must look great in those Wal-Mart jeans.

Come one, come all to North Adams - Contemporary Art and nowhere jobs!

Yes, same Brand Name jeans that are sold at thousands of other stores, just cost less. DUMBASS

Try comparing the "brand name" label from a pair of jeans bought in WalMart to a pair bought from a reputable store. Oh, look! They're different! Now look at the seams, the overall fit and finish and the length of time they can be worn before falling apart. That's right, the WalMart jeans are the factory f ucking rejects, just like you, dumbazz.

Right. Walmart jeans are just Levis' in disguise. When you're in a hole, stop digging.

Nice try,but I think you and fake are just pissed off that you paid more for the exact same products. There are many reasons to hate Wally World, but making up stories doesn't help your case. Now back to the subject that you do not want to talk about. Are 85 new low paying jobs better than no new jobs, DUMBASS.
