FYI...this discussion is not listed on the agenda, so therefore, under the state's open meeting law, cannot be discussed....so stop making up more lies, bob, or mark
to amend the rules--the proposal cannot be voted on at the first presentation --it has to go to a second reading--therefore keep the no trespass in force unril after the rule cgange

Ignorant and rude hey? What the hell do you call Bloom and his wife? If you don't like Crossfire then watch something else and in your case a rerun of Gilligan's Island would be about your speed.
I do not know Mike and his wife, so I couldn't say. But his public behavior seems better than Cardimino's. That show disrespects the North Adams government in silly ways and is embarrassing to the city.

No, I don't like Crossfire. That is why I have only watched it that one time, like I said... and thanks for the program suggestion. I think that the castaways are funnier and more intelligent than Cardimino anyday.

Mark, give it a rest. Cardimino is an uninformed, foulmouthed, misogynist, intolerant gasbag.

Per the open meeting law, their is no right to speak at a public meeting. End of story.

Mark Trottier, you dolt. Who the hell is Robert?

I've a suggestion. Why don't you meet me next time Cardimino (a/k/a Ozzie) is out holding one of his signs? We can meet right at the spot Cardimino is standing. Let me know what time so I can drive over.

The ACLU is not an enforcement agency. The 7 day deadline is only the date the ACLU wants to hear back from the City. I say screw them and let them take the case to court. As they spend time and money investigating their "facts" they will find that their case is flawed.

I'd expect more from the ACLU, but maybe if they got some facts before jumping on board Bender's Crazy Train they'd get it right. But maybe not. Funny the ACLU cares soooo much about freedom of speech. Didn't bother them when they threatened their own board members Kaminer and Meyers with removal or suspension "after they publicly criticized the ACLU's reported use of data-mining practices to gather information on its members and donors." Then there was the R.I. school they scared into not having Father-Daughter Dances because the ACLU says the dances violate gender-discrimination laws. Guess there are always a few screwball examples, which brings me back full circle to Bender Cardimino.

The last time the ACLU made a suggestion to the city is when John Choquette had a "FREE NORTH ADAMS" sign on his building. Barrett's administration ordered to have it removed. The ACLU said they couldn't tell him to remove it. Remember what happen next? The sign came down and Choquette went to jail, and the ACLU left the city. Let's hope the ACLU does as good for Cardimino as it did for Choquette.
