Many years ago someone wanted to open up a paintball range in the old Waverly's building but the town thought only trouble makers would use it, how wrong was that. Paintball shooting is now not as big as it once was no place to play and liability is sky high.
Maybe the old Middle School Building in Adams would be a good spot for that its big enough but the town would rather have it fall apart and lose taxes then have a business in the building so nothing has change in our towns.

Doesn't anyone follow the news around here? Another home improvement/contractor store is going in. It's called Leader.
No decent restaurant chain is going to locate in North Adams. The demographics don't support it.
There's no such thing as a decent restaurant chain.

The Berkshires needs an authentic brick oven pizzeria. There is no good pizza in the Berkshires. NONE! If someone opened up a place that made pizza like they do on Wooster Street in New Haven, CT they would make a fortune.

In desperation,
$225 (Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars) is now the prize to the first individual who supplies one or more photographs showing the person known in North Adams and on Topix as 'Praxis33'(also known as 'Solons', as 'Andrew Stevens', and as literally dozens of other screen names).
An additional $225 (Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars) can be added to contest winnings if the winning photographer is the first to submit Praxis33's legal name and residential address after submitting the winning photograph.
The total going to the winning photographer could thus be as much as $450!
Praxis33 is a 'mystery man' who insists on maintaining his anonymity while posting statements online that libel, defame, and spread lies and misinformation about private individuals and about local institutions all of whom/which Praxis33 names while of course staying anonymous himself.
Despite his denials, Praxis33 appears to live in downtown North Adams just off Main Street within a few blocks of The Hub Restaurant Cafe and The Local (another downtown cafe), and appears to hang-out in the same general area during the day.
Praxis33 appears to be in his mid-30's to mid-50's. He's physically disabled and apparently has lost use of his legs.
He claims to cruise around the sidewalks of downtown North Adams in a "Medicare scooter", a type of motorized wheelchair (but you also might find Praxis33 in an old-fashioned hand-powered wheelchair).
Praxis33 shouldn't be too difficult to spot as he is also likely to be found texting on Topix.
Do not be fooled by Praxis33's physical disability or his seemingly sympathetic appearance.
Praxis33, online and offline, is an incredibly vicious, nasty character, full of rage, venom, and hate.
Praxis33's disability is allegedly the result of a beating received years ago, retaliation for one of Praxis33's nasty insults.
Nowadays, Praxis33 is known for repeatedly defaming and making libelous, vile allegations online.
The sooner Praxis33 is unmasked, the sooner this creepy troll can be held accountable for his words.
Contest Rules:
Only ONE prize will be awarded in each category (Photography and Information) and the winning photograph(s) will be posted to Berkshire Blog.
All photographs submitted should be unedited and unretouched.
To be eligible to win the prize, photos should at least show Praxis33's face sans any disguise.
The sole arbiter and judge of what constitutes the winning photograph(s) will be the editor of Berkshire Blog.
Photograph entries should be e-mailed to editor @ berkshirerecord .com with the sender's contact information (legal name, U.S. Post Office address, and daytime telephone number).
All entries become the property of the editor of Berkshire Blog and the sender grants unlimited permission to the editor of Berkshire Blog to use any photographs submitted as the editor of Berkshire Blog sees fit without restriction and without further compensation other than the prize(s) that are awarded.
The editor of Berkshire Blog reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
The identity of the prizewinner/sender of any photographs submitted will be kept totally confidential upon request.
Minors wishing to participate in this contest should consider having a parent or guardian email the photograph(s) along with appropriate contact information as to whom and where payment should be sent in the event of a winning submission.
This offer is open to all persons regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, sexual status, sexual persuasion, or mental or physical disability.
Send all photos or direct all inquiries to: editor @ berkshirerecord .com
Who will be the enterprising paparazzi who captures in a photograph the image of the elusive Praxis33?
