Just an FYI for you and since some of the victims in this Ponzi scheme are from Marin and I thought you and/or your investigative reporters would like to know that Jeffrey Guidi (who is one of the persons involved in the Ponzi sceme and was arrested) is the brother of Marin County District Attorney's Office Chief Inspector Robert "Rob" Guidi.
Robert Guidi from the Marin District Attorney's Office is a law enforcement official and also the Chief Inspector and head person in-charge of the Marin County District Attorney's Office of investigations.
