Absolutely right. Those bums are related to local lawyers. They'll have the property transferred into the bums names quiety citing squatter's rights. After that the lawyers will purchase the property from the bums for less than it's annual property taxes. They will subdivide it into lots worth $750k each.

Squatter rights! Yes! That's correct, those bums actually own that property. They definatley have been their before Giant food was built in the early nineties.

As long as they were there before 1990, it's all theirs. All you need is somebody that worked at the Kmart or Weis that can say they saw a bum living there in the late 1980s.

They can just say they squatted their for over 21 years and it's theirs.

I have always used that property to ride my quads and dirtbikes on since the late seventies. The owner never enforced his rights, now the property is everybody's. The end.

If I was Yannuzzi I wouldn't push it. Hazleton City has lost enough money trying to act like a city-state on immigration. These bums obviously have legitimate claims to the real estate behind the Hazleton Shopping Center.

The owners of the property forwent any property rights to it by letting Bumville to exist. Most importantly, amongst the bums are relatives of local elites. This increases the probability of a squatter claim if the bums are evicted.
