This area hosts ten to thirty bums. A lot of fugitives are apprehended in this area, the local "go along to get along" news media won't report this.

Amongst the bums are convicted armed robbers, sex offenders, criminally insane persons, non/under medicated psychopaths, and so on and so forth. They burn cardboard boxes scavenged from the dumpsters of Grand Central Plaza and the Hazlton Shopping Center.

Law enforcement will not disperse them, because they are all rats that snitch on local criminals. The multitude of crimes they commit themselves is not taken into account.

I don't recommend anybody visit the area because of the violent unpredictable nature of the squatters and the trechorous terrain. You can see the bum fires after sundown.

I see the fires they burn since fall has begun. I would like to go see "Bumville", but I'm not tresspassing on the real estate they are squatting on. I also don't want to robbed, raped or killed.

At least they are off the streets and out of public view. I worry they accidentally start a coal fire in one of the many pits out there.

Those bums are all collecting SSI, SSD and VA benefits, plus food stamps, medical (with dental) benefits and even cash assistance. I don't pity them for one second. If they would stop boozing and drugging they would have a roof over their heads.

They best part is how many of them are blacksheep from Hazleton area elites' families. It would make a damn good article for the Standard-Speaker on Sunday. The problem is the paper's staff's, owners' and avertiser's psychotic and chemically dependent relatives are living in "Bumville." They are keeping it hush hush.

Bumville started as buildings became scarce from the NYC crowd moving in and revitalization efforts in the downtown. The bums were forced to live there.

They will never report this in the local media directly, because the shame it brings on the area elite. Only expect to here about it on the internet, my friends.

I heard from a guy in City Hall, that there are up to sixty bums in the minelands near Giant during the spring and summer. They get arrested and violate their bail to get "3 hots and a cot" up at the prison for the winter months.

A lot of violent criminals in that bunch. So steer clear of visiting the area, yourselves.

Januzzi should do something about this, but there are too many big names relatives there. I don't blame him for turning the other cheek like Lou did.

Why haven't I heard of Bumville before? It sounds very very interesting, I might take my RZR out there tomorrow, as long as I can get from the Peak to there. I'm packing a shotgun, in case they act up.

Today a shebum or bumette was mooching three bucks in the Giant parking lot. You know she crawled out of her box from Bumville, to go get money for drugs or booze.

Something must be done about these bums!

We really got to do something about these bums. It's an election year and Januzzi can't crack the whip on the HPD's collective ass? Come on and chase the bums into West Hazleton Borough or Sugarloaf Township.

Who's running against Januzzi, oh yeah a bum on disability? Let her be mayor of Bumville, not Hazleton!

I wonder who's property Bumville is on? I hope they lose it when the bums declare squatter's rights to their land. Those bums have been out there for over 21 years, sucks to be the land owners. That property would have been good commerical real estate, but they let the lowlife squat on it for well over twenty-one years.

That means the oldest bums in Bumville are de facto millionaires. How about that. The bums win again.

Absolutely right. Those bums are related to local lawyers. They'll have the property transferred into the bums names quiety citing squatter's rights. After that the lawyers will purchase the property from the bums for less than it's annual property taxes. They will subdivide it into lots worth $750k each.

I don't care either. I love when colleged educated people make the under and uneducated their subjects. ROFLMAO

Squatter rights! Yes! That's correct, those bums actually own that property. They definatley have been their before Giant food was built in the early nineties.

As long as they were there before 1990, it's all theirs. All you need is somebody that worked at the Kmart or Weis that can say they saw a bum living there in the late 1980s.

They can just say they squatted their for over 21 years and it's theirs.

I have always used that property to ride my quads and dirtbikes on since the late seventies. The owner never enforced his rights, now the property is everybody's. The end.

Yannuzzi is right not to waste city money chasing bums from property that is basically theirs. Even if his Democractic challenger has her election headquarters there. LOL
