Since Hazleton has become a source of dirt cheap realty for NYC metropolitans, therefore NYC crime is abundant. The NYers didn't bring the crime, it followed them here. The local unsophisticated pushover Scranton based Mafia's Hazleton-Freeland crew cowarded in fear, and ran basically for the hills at the urging of New York crime family members that own vacation homes along the Delaware River. You cannot break up the drug rings, because the dealers only do short tours in Hazleton then are bounced to another town in either the Mid-Atlantic states or New England. By the time the local dectives figure out the nicknames of the dealers, they are gone. The NYC gangs purchase houses outright and DO NOT RENT!

If drugs were legalized and sold for there actual commodity value, they would be as expensive as most OTC medicines. This would reduce most drug crimes,(excluding drug induced psychosis) as there would be no need to rob somebody for a preloaded heroin syringe that would be only worth $1.50 tops. Their is a massive >90% relapse rate on heroin, so these people stay institutionalized in rehabs, prisons and mental hospitals.

There is nothing you can really do, but video tape the crime and upload it to YouTube and hope your video generates enough revenue to purchase a quality handgun. Good luck!
