Burdened is an understatment! I pay more (and it has risen $350 in 2 years to boot) for my flood insurance then friends of mine pay on the beach in Florida!!! Thank you FEMA and Katrina.

It's to late for now. Because they didn't do the work on the Berm a lot of people do not have a home to live. Like myself.
