I used these guys this week for a refrigerator and dishwasher that were not working properly. They showed up on time and everything seemed okay at first. They were dressed professionally, courteous ect... I told them the side by side refrigerator/freezer wasn't cooling properly, the ice maker wasn't working and the dishwasher wasn't draining. They found a dead mouse in the condenser fan of the fridge. They removed the mouse, cleaned the coils with a vacuum cleaner, put the ice maker back together and charged me $140 plus a $150 deposit for a new pump on the dishwasher. The fridge and freezer now work fine with no dead mouse. Well this morning I called them, spoke to the owner and asked why my ice maker wasn't working and when they could come back and finish the job. The owner replied that that would cost more money. I expressed my displeasure and he said "I don't want you to be unhappy" and I replied "Well I am no where near happy. We went back and forth and I finally said, "Tell you what, refund me my $150 deposit on the dishwasher and we're done". Now my freezer is making a horrible humming sound like the fan is hitting ice from the ice maker he did not fix after he charged the $140 to fix my refrigerator. I am done with these guys.
