You hurt and humiliated your ex-husband very much with the high publicity spousal abuse charges details after you divorced him. He'd already suffered enough with his name dragged through mud with that Bonnie Lee Bakley saga and the shooting of Dag Drollet. Then you went on TV planning his funeral, being so nice to him, part of his "family". You keep using the Brando name even though you divorced him. I think you are crazy.

Christian and I were "doin something about it" when the domestic episode occured. He was out of his mind with grief and pain. I did not press any charges. The State of California did that. THe State also imposed a restraining order for three years, to "protect" me, because of his history. The probation and resraining order expired two days after Chrisitan died. We probably would have gone back to Kalama and stayed with JOAn. Donna was threatening him with more prison time andknew he was leaving. She, in my opinion did not get him the help he needed. She did not know his body, his history of lung problems. It is the saddest story. He lost his father. I will fight thes people in court until justice is served. I have lost everything and have nothing more to lose. Christian is not coming back. Someday, I will tell my story and set the record straight. So many people have a piece of the truth, but most of what I hear is not true. I was there.

How sad he did not leave you anything.Yet, he assigned his rights to me. But the 360,000 dollars he spent with you should have been some consolation. use the name as long as you can. You also neglect the fact that Christian brought all of the things that happened to him upon himself. You know he abused you. The difference betwen you and I , is that I don't tolerate it. He never had any intention of marrying you. He never intended to leave you one cent. You need to get a job. You are too pitiful to hate. you remind me of a sad stray puppy.

Deborah. Why did he divorce you? You keep saying he loved you, and you two were going back to Kalama, etc, etc. He had been forced into rehab and pay compensation because of those domestic abuse charges. It doesn't make sense what you are saying. I think he wanted to stay away from you.

From what I have read and have come to the conclusion is; the poor man was desparate for peace, stability, proper love and tranquility in his life. Maybe HE wanted to go and live in Kalama with JoAn, but not with you, or with Donna, or any of the vultures after a piece of Marlon's estate. He needed to get away from all that.

He had his reasons to divorce you and agree to the restraining order to keep away from you. He didn't want contact from you, or go back to you. He was forced into contact when you and your daughter filed the lawsuit against him in October 2005, suing him for domestic abuse and having to make a settlement of assigning his rights to you. You claim that you didn't press charges for the domestic issue, the State did it. What about the lawsuit suing him then? Are you blaming the State for that too? What were you hoping to get out of that lawsuit, other than dragging Christian down further? Did you receive any compensation or any of that $360,000?

It's true that Donna didn't give him the help he really needed sooner or he still would be alive. She wasn't good or helpful for him. Also I don't believe Christian intended to marry her. There are a few of us reading about Christian Brando who would have treated him much better than she did.

That interview with JoAn about her memories of Marlon and Christian is really sweet. I'm not surprised she feels lonely and misses them. Kalama seems like a really cool place to live. Christian should have been allowed to move back to Kalama sooner.

I thought you went to court and had the restraining order lifted a few weeks after it was enforced. I remember reading in either Globe or National Enquirer that you made an appeal through them to get in contact with Christian, who was missing, and had the restraining order lifted because you wanted to talk to him after he filed for a divorce in 2005. Now you say the restraining order expired two days after he died! What happened? Did you have the restraining order put on Christian again when you decided to bring the lawsuit against him.

Yes it would be nice for the truth to eventually come out, but I can't help thinking that your version of events would be stretching the truth.

Yes both these two need to leave him in peace. Even if there's something unusual about the will, it would be difficult to prove it was forged.
