Whats up with Burger King these days? We took our kids there Friday evening and it was a mess. Dirty and smelled like urine in the play area. Only one worker was tryin to clean it up but he couldnt keep up with cleaning and doing all the orders by hisself. Waited 10 minutes before the order was finally done. The guys and manager seemed like they were all new to the job. Over the past yr it has just seemed like it has went down hill. Sure hope it gets better. Used to be a great place to eat and let your kids play but not anymore.

That's the ol' "Hazard hazard".

You know, the pitfalls of having a business in Hazard "Pill-Poppin', Check-Drawnin'" KY.

The guy probably had a larger crew, but they kept showin' up late or strung out....wouldn't hardly work when they were there, and he probably had to just give up and fire most of the ones that hadn't already just quit showing up at all.

That probably left him with the those few decent ones....who might try, but can't do everything themselves.

All the while, his help wanted ads go either unanswered...or the only ones who do show interest call on the phone and ask "how much do you pay"...instead of showing up and submitting a resume...like a any decent worker looking for a job KNOWS to do.

I like BK myself...too bad the one in Hazard has to suffer from its location.

With the lack of jobs here, I highly doubt it's because they cannot find people to hire. It's more than likely just corporate greed cutting hours/not hiring, or the workers themselves just not being very competent.

You're a classic example of incompetence. You don't even realize the depth of your own ignorance.

Care to explain a little bit? Instead of cutting up my quote to the point where it doesn't make any sense, why don't you try actually contributing to a discussion...

Literally all I said in my previous post is that I don't believe BK is understaffed because of people not wanting to work there. In this economy and job market, there's plenty of folks who'd be more than happy with a job, even fast-food.

I'm pretty sure that's not the reason. It's the management or lack thereof... Just look at Taco Bell, indisputably the busiest drive through in perry county and I have never had a problem there with service. Those managers do a good job, Burger King managers... Not so much

well you must be one of those on dope Bc me and my mom took my sister's kids over there about 3 weeks ago and that place was a mess, we waited over 10 minutes for our food and all the tables in the play area as well as the ones in the lobby were dirty. We had to clean our own table and after the kids ate we had to make the kids keep their shoes on Bc we were afraid to let them go bare footed and as much that is going around we were not about to take any chances of that. We let them play well over 2 hours and the 2 hours we set there only one worker tried keeping the garbage took out but that was it..The big fat black dude barely moved away from the register and when he did it took him forever and that was only to get hisself a pop...and no it wasn't that busy so there was plenty of time to clean 2 maybe 3 tables and the manager who wad on duty and I got his name cause I called and reported all of thus was Derreck and he was useless too just standing around flirting hot and heavy with the drive thru girl. This is why all of these awful viruses are going around killing ppl Bc these restaurant's aren't clean after having g hundreds of customers in a day. That's why its called a job and why you get a paycheck so do your damn job..I'm likely to not go back til there management is ran better or took over...

Everytime I go to eat from there the prices are different and this is ordering the same thing when I do go everytime......if they charged you that much for two # 1 and cheesy tots when it should have been around 17 bucks I would have took it back in the store and demanded to know why you were charged that much and not to take up for that place but if you actually paided 36 bucks and drove or walked away without doing anything, than your just as bad as they are and then get on here and bitch about it...
