Some BAD news, on Friday Ky invoked an emergency rule concerning reclamation bonds for active strip permits-THE bonding requirement has been increased, effective Friday. So if Frasure Creek is to continue mining they will have to comply. Maybe that's the reason they stopped loading trucks on Friday-they got the word from Ky Reclamation. Possibly, Ky is worried that permit holders will try to walk away from reclamation requirements.

Hard times have hit hazard and surrounding areas because of all the evil that is here...... people shouldnt brag and and do bad things just because they make more money in the coal buisness than other people. Reap what you sow hazard
