For the vendors, here's the number for the Better Business Bureau.....1-800-866-6668. They will contact them and most people with any intelligence call the BBB before they shop or consider vending in such a place. They will contact Perry County Vendors and I am sure they could be forced to reimburse for the days they were closed and especially for the 5% fee they charge for every transaction.
FEEL FREE TO CALL THEM, AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION WE DONT CHARGE 5%.. CONTACT SOME OTHER VENDOR MALLS FIND OUT WHAT % THEY CHARGE IT IS A LOT MORE THAN WHAT WE CHARGE BUT WE DONT HAVE TO EXPLAIN OURSELVES TO YOU ON HERE... WE ARE DONE

I have been wanting to rent a booth there, what is the total fees every month? I also have a booth in Isom but we don't pay any percentage for a credit card machine. is this fee just for certain transactions for your merchandise that is purchased with credit or debit or does every vendor pay this? thanks

Hazard vendors don't charge anything because they don't take credit cards. And their rent is cheaper than yours and they don't close any day of the week. Explain to your vendors why you close so much and why don't you give them some rent money back like you should.

Perry County Vendors you stated-- AS FOR OUR HOURS OF OPERATION WE ONLY CLOSE THE STORE WHEN IT IS A MUST--- was it a must to close to go to a wedding, a school program, a ballgame, an auction, a child exchange and so many other excuses? I'm sorry but that is NO WAY to run a business, but then what do you have to lose? You are going to collect the same amount of rent whether you open or not. Do you not realize, or just don't care, that customers that come day after day only to find the doors locked, will eventually quit coming back...again, you could care less because it isn't costing you a dime. I think you ladies had good intentions, however you committed to more than you could handle. Just my 2 cents!

I guess you don't have a booth down there. Since you are so understanding, you should volunteer and go down there and help those poor ladies. They have plenty of time to run the roads on the vendor's money. But for the person that asked about the credit card transaction, at the end of the month, they take a percentage out of EVERYONE's pay for the credit card machine, NO MATTER HOW THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE. I am almost 100% positive that it is illegal to charge a percentage for a transaction that was not even made by credit or debit. That is just more of the vendor's money that they can stick in their pocket. If they can't make it with all the crookedness going on down there, it's not the vendor's fault. As a matter of fact, it's the vendors that will go under because they get paid just the same, except they lose the illegal percentage they charge on the days that they close. And you can get on here and laugh and tell people to get out all you want, but you wrote the contract and if you don't think you can have lawsuits coming at you left and right for breach of contract, you better study some law books. Here you go, Ms. Prissy: Breach of contract is a legal cause of action in which a binding agreement or bargained-for exchange is not honored by one or more of the parties to the contract by non-performance or interference with the other party's performance. If the party does not fulfill his contractual promise, or has given information to the other party that he will not perform his duty as mentioned in the contract or if by his action and conduct he seems to be unable to perform the contract, he is said to breach the contract. NOW LAUGH AWHILE AND RUN YOUR SMART MOUTHES. Maybe we should just sue and take us some time off, hit the ocean, go to weddings, ballgames. Sounds like a good idea to me. How about the rest of you all? They just think they have the upper hand. Sure wish Johnny Cochran was still alive.

I will donate all the merchandise I have left at the end of the month to GOOD WILL at least someone that needs it will get it.

well now you think you know it all dont ya... there is nowhere in our contract that says we will be there 7 days a week or any certain amount of hours and to be honest with you I am about fed up with all this talk on here and we have respect for our customers we could have opened and spread the flu to everyone but we didn't a lot of customers are older and the flu could really kill them... and as far as running around on vendor money you have no idea what you are talking about take a look at our bills before you open that trap of yours... and there will never be a day that it hurts our feelings for anyone to pack up and move out we will be there no matter what.. and all of you that are talking i hope you know karma will get you one day. and we are doing nothing illegal about the percent but I am not going to set and explain myself to you.. go sell at a auction see what they charge you it is 15 to 21 percent.... and we have never closed to go to an auction dont know where you are getting your info but i would try getting it someplace else. and as far as school programs and weddings go FAMILY will ALWAYS be MORE important than any store sorry if that makes you mad but that is just how it is... if any vendor or customer doesnt like how the store is ran then they dont have to come in there. the store is getting ready to weed out the trouble makers and that you can bank on.........

i think that people who talk about other don't have a life or anything better to do so they should get a life before they talk about people , family is way more inportant and things happen and comes up. topics is a place chickens go to talk about people cause they are afaid to say it to a person face to face which is a joke and what you say is going come back to you .... so those girls don't have to worry about what you say about them cause they are better than that..
