The grandson of a murdered Perry County land developer is indicted on a federal weapons charge.
In May, a federal complaint was filed against Paul Michael Ison, alleging that authorities found three guns at Ison's home that he was not legally allowed to have due to prior felony charges.
Ison now faces up ten years in prison and a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar fine.
He's scheduled to be arraigned in London.
Ison's grandfather, Roy Campbell, and Campbell's wife Wanda were murdered in November.
The case is still unsolved.
