Never again

I recently had some work done on my car. In the process of replacing my brakes they broke the bolt that holds the caliber on the car. What should have been a two hour job took two days. They then proceeded to charge me for the part that they broke. Maybe I am wrong in thinking that if they break it they should have to replace it, because they don't feel the same way. Just know that if you take your vehicle there for repairs you will be paying to replace what ever they may break in the process. I won't be back.

Because they were the ones that were working on it. It's like saying I didn't bust your window out the hammer did it. If I hadn't swung the hammer the window wouldn't have broke. If they hadn't turned the bolt when it locked it wouldn't have broke.

brake parts are very bad to corrode up with rust, because of dirt and the salt use on our roads. Its not there fault that these bolts rung off on disassembly. But it could be there fault if they rung off on reassembly, because all parts should have been cleaned and lubed.

Have tires put on there and they put the lug nuts on so tight, you can't get them off, even with power tools. They they say, better too tight than too loose. DUH! Have a flat and find out. IDIOTS!

THIS!!! A THOUSAND TIMES THIS!!!

They did this twice to me. And both times I had to go somewhere else and get them cut off with a torch!

They've got good prices, and most of them are friendly enough, but gee-o guys, learn how to put lug nuts on!

I want my wheels torqued with a torque wrench, to proper torque. It saves your wheels and rotors.

For what it is worth. Mr. Crowe is a good man. I remember, years ago, this man gave me a job when I was nothing more than a pathetic drunk just walking the roads. Today, I am a professional person with a masters degree. I still have a lot of respect for this person who bet on me when a lot of people would not. I watched him start from nothing to build his buisness. He went through some hard times in his personal life as well as his buisness life. Yet, the man has persisted to do well for himself and his family. My oppinion may not mean much ; however, I do know this man to be a hard working, honet, family man.
