The only Jenna I know has great stats and is married with kids and is nice to everyone. Not sure who you are talking about? And she hasn't been there from the beginning she used to work on the other side and got laid off and came back over the summer.

i don't know who wrote the mean stuff about her but honestly they have no idea what they are talking about. she is nice and for picking up slack have you even worked at sykes. sykes is a call center that takes incoming calls back to back. it doesn't matter if someone misses ever day or comes. you still have back to back calls. i think jenna is sweet shes funny to talk to.
