In the beginning, Tyrone seemed to be trustworthy and reliable. He was referred by my architect and equipment seller. He can be smooth salesman. However, towards the end of the job, he started to cut corners and was hesitant to do items that was clearly on the contract including crown moulding, outside trellis, chair railings, and elec hand drier. A 2nd floor pipe broke and he did not fix his substandard work. Tyrone sent me to a collection agency for $5000 hold back against his unfinished punch list. Tyrone had no intention in finishing the punch list and I had no intention in paying $5000. So I sued him in Small Claims Court. Tyrone sued me for $5000. The judge ruled in my favor for $7000 plus court fees. Tyrone lost his $5000 suit against me. Tyrone requested 3 months to pay his $7000 judgement and promised he would not be late. Again he lied and was late.
Towards the end, Tyrone said to me, "Never again." Meaning he was mad at me for not paying $5000 and he would never again work with me again. I sincerely hope he "never again" gets another construction job and I hope this review will help protect others from this unethical contractor.

Update: Tyrone has hired a lawyer to threaten me with a lawsuit if my post is not removed in 2 days. He has cited numerous previous suits that ruled in  his favor. He feels he has lost a lot of business because of my post and  wants me to pay "an amount of money to be determined in the future" even if I remove my post in 2 days.

Daily Horoscope for December 21

Cancer

The next four weeks will place a delightful emphasis on your relationships. A wonderful encounter with someone special is in the wind, and there's even a chance you could embark on a new partnership. This is a time for teamwork rather than going it alone, even if it's only a temporary measure.
