why can't the county sell up to 49% in shares that way the county will be in charge with 51% of the hospital or sell 15 shares to 4 different hospitals and still the county would have 40% and be in charge of it this just might be one way to help save our hospital

You can contact the Joint Commission of Hospitals, MO Medicaid office, Attorney General of MO, Office of the Inspector General, Center for Medicare Services ( www.cms.gov ). You can report anonymously or if you are a current or former employee with pertinent information, you can use the Whistleblower Act and be compensated if the information is proven to be true.

Isn't it strange hat gH says home health needs closed, but he makes a booming business out of it. Then medical equipment store gets closed, and he makes a mint off of it, then billing needs done by him and they screw it up and he makes a mint off it. And the whole board keeps letting him do it. Start sending letters to the Board asking them to resign!!!!!!!!! And call the G and Comptroller and ask for an audit and CRIMINAL investigation!!!!

We áre losing our jobs because gh vowed e would bring down hospital after he was fired, and now he has. Everything he accused jean of, he did with lee's help. Sad sad sad! And bobby khourie is first up next year, vote him out!(If there is still a hospital board). Everyone needs to call the comptrollers office tomorrow and DEMAND an audit! Never saw billing put out for bid! Haynes has money and minions, like j jones, h milton, dogbone, but even the powerful can fall.

If its true about what you said on compensation, I should get rich! Just ask me, I will tell it all! But not here! I still stand firm on HIPPA and will not release any info, unless made to do so...Got plenty of stuff.. TORT violations? Employment violations? I could go on and on, but you get the picture?

HIPAA (not HIPPA) has nothing to do with tort or employee violations, unless it includes individually identifiable health information.

All I'm going to say is that people need to talk what they know. Glenn Haynes has nothing to do with the hospital going under. It could never be just one person's fault anyways. Why would he want to take the hospital down? Obviously you need to get to know him on a more personal level before you start throwing out things that you have no clue about. He is a successful business owner and knows how to run one with the help of others involved. The hospital is in trouble for their own reasons and because of other people who do not know how to manage things. People need to start working together instead of against each other. Rumors will do nothing to help the hospital get back on the right track

Yes, and getting back on the "right track" occurred this afternoon

Good people can come back and do right thing now. Glenn keeps the millions he misappropriated, unless a state audit comes in, and then maybe irs audit of his business. We will turn a page now and his dictatorship is over.

what about Bobby Kourie, and Johnny Harmon, are you saying they are all guilty.
A board of directors cannot steal money from any business unless all board members and the administrator are all in on it. I do not think that happened. You can't get 2 people in Pemiscot County to agree if the sun is shinning.
The only one that can steal on his own is the administrator. The way that he threw Haynes under the bus I do not think they were a partnership. This all happened from mis-management of Knobles, and lying to the board about the numbers. If you do not believe me ask a (now) ex-board member and they will tell you. Oh and by the way the lady on the board is going to resign Tuesday, and all you will be left with is dumb ass Lee and an administrator that knows nothing. PMHS is gone, all who critize and don't do should be proud of yourselves. You have lied about a man and going to lose your hospital good job Pemiscot County. that is why you are a joke to the rest of the state.

But some of them appeared to have made personal gain over the well being of the hospital. Gh had his wife or ex or whatever as a consultant? Billing, dme, home health...bk rented "storage buildings" for a lot, lw wife and on had a job no matter what....on and on.....

Well then...... that would mean that none of the board members or administrators will have ANY problem with a REAL OUTSIDE AUDIT and IVESTIGATION of all their activities, incomes, and relationships with contractors, subcontractors, or anything involving money transfers. BY A FIRM not in any way linked to anyone or thing at Pemiscot County. Yep, if they are all clean, no problem, nobody will come after your houses, cars, bank accounts, or anything. Lets see it. Until then... I think no employee of that place will EVER believe that something was not going on with them. Clear the air, sign a sworn testimony, then wait for the double check investigation. Unless the AIR is cleared, pemiscot will never forget this event.
