You can only steal so much. We little guys suffer. Some honest person needs to get elected to hospital board and tell us what
is going on and ask for a state audit. Tuesday is last day to file against GH.

That is about the most pitiful hospital I have ever been in.My mother has been in there several times and never gets taken care of.The doctors seem okay,it is the nursing that is screwed up.She was picked up just last week by the one and only ambulance, and the 2 fat ass emt's let the stretcher turn over with my mother on it.This placed needs someone to go in and terminate alot of employees and hire new.

hey clueless if you are so upset with this hospital why not take ur family someplace else....like just up the road about 17 miles? Its funny how everyone critizes the place...but alas they just keep coming...personally i would not go some where i was not happy with or i felt poor care was being done esp on my family member or myself for that matter

this place is a joke, they get rid of the faithful ones and keep the ones that has a work ethic of a maggot,,and the one that they choose to put in charge have less expierence than most with more time and expierence than these people will ever have,,they couldn't even take care of a cow patty if they had to without asking for help.. And then the power goes to thier head and they get on this power trip,, one day,,one day,, they will be taken down a notch,,,KARMA,,

I normally just have problems with the nurses....you can't blame everyone there for just the nurses....there are more people that work there than just the "room" nurses....

People like to talk about the hospital and run it down and talk about wanting it shut down and usually when they get hurt or sick that's the first place they run. I know things may sometime happen that upset people especially when it comes to family but you really should follow suit by talking with the directors, supervisors or administrator and if that doesnt soothe your woes then ask to attend a board meeting. You know when you live in a small community you hear a lot or most of the negative things and truth is if you visit other communities with hospitals you hear mostly negative things there about their hospitals as well similar to things said about Hayti. I will continue......

Did you ever stop to think what would happen to the county if the hospital was closed down? They are one of the largest employers in the county. If the hospital were to close it would affect grocery stores, fast foods, gas stations, banks and a lot of other businesses. People would have to move. It wouldn't be a good thing in my opinion. I am not saying the hospital is perfect but I am sure they are willing to work with people as best they can so please if you can't something positive why bother to say anything negative. Please think about. The domino effect it would have on the community. I hope I am not offending anyone, I just hate to think of not having a hospital at all.

Every hospital has it's problems and they all have some workers that aren't as good as others. People talk so bad about Hayti hospital, yet it always has a full parking lot and I've never had a complaint with it. If you don't like it stop complaining and stop going there. It's not the only hospital around here.

Probably about 50% of the ppl around here live below he poverty line, so the don't always have an opportunity to get the care they really need. I work for hayti hospital and this place is in shambles. There are Alot of VERY hard working ppl at this hospital and alot of those who aren't. I don't know what's going to happen but people are suffering from the lack of adequate care this hospital provides. My child goes to kennett for any care they need and that's sad.

Who are HM, LW, SL? There are problems at PMHS. Crooked Board, Administrator. We need to petition for a State audit. In fact just like the county, they should regularly have a State audit.

Pemiscot County Memorial Hospital needs to have a thurough investigation of the environment, staff, and equipment. There are a lot of things that the hospital needs to have changed. Some of the staff needs to go, and some needs to stay. A hospital cannot function correctly if people do not take their jobs seriously and try to do their jobs right. Some of the staff is wonderful, but there are those that do not care about the patients and that do not even want the job. If you work at Pemiscot County Memorial Hospital and do not want your job, please find a job that you want and let someone else have your job that really needs and wants it. The only time I use this hospital is for emergencies when I cannot get to Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center.
