MO Case Net Look up ppls court record by last name

Very interesting! Just go to upper right hand corner where it says Search. Search by Litigants name. Just type in the last name and then 34th Judicial District and civil court info comes up on that person. Anything from order of protection, welfare, driving violations, child support and certain cases of Debt collectors trying to get their money.

Case net is a listing of public information/records. It is similar to the highway patrol sex offender site. The only people that are going to go on the defensive about sites like this are a.) Criminals b.) Family/Significant others of criminals c.) the defense lawyers that lose the case for their clients and are off to DOC (department of corrections) If you fall into a, b, or c and post hate posts on here I am sorry.

Took the words right out of my mouth! That website now list Caruthersville city courts and other towns, not just County.

I forgot to include the debtors that don't pay their bills and end up being sued by creditors/collection companies. Along with individual cases you can also find out information on businesses that have been sued. Just thought I would add to my previous post about some things I forgot about. My only wish is that bankruptcy cases were included in casenet listings!
