GH conflict of interest is obvious since 2008. He did receive over $500 per transaction or over $5,000 annually without competitive bidding. He's not the only billing company. Did we annually see an ad for bidding? Do we ever see ads that an election for hospital, health or school board elections are open? HELL NO! Maybe we will learn from this.... most of our other boards have ppl that squander our money.
We need intelligent honest ppl that will serve. Thank you associate commissioners for standing up for us.

All I can say is I was BLESSED to be fired there in 2003 along with 5 other professionals who were running the hospital in a much more profitable manner.
The new administrator was happy to do the former administrators dirty work when he hired him. Something went sour I suppose, or maybe Mr. Noble just got fed up with running a business that could be a greatly needed service for the county and all the funds being funneled to an unethical tyrant with no morals. I I believe this practice has been going on for more than 20 years folks and until someone who still lives in that county has the balls to get a governmental audit done not only for local tax offenses but federal Medicare and Medicaid fraud he will go free. I am so thankful I am no longer associated with that facility or county.

I believe there was a few sticky hands. They need to audit because the people who work there need to know what happend with their insurance and retirement. I left over a year ago. We need our county hospital there are so many people that can't travel too far. I have had patients turned away coming from kennett and Blytheville. If they turn them away they could die. I say shame on the sticky fingers. God does not like ugly and you will pay for it. Shame on you.

Burnett was appointed by Wendall Hoskins, another cronie of Glenn Haynes. If you remember in the open meeting to the public that Glenn stated he hasn't been paid for the billing services. Well, no, but I bet it is in his EX-Wifes banking account. What do you think? The so called conflict of interest !!!

We finally have commissioners that will step up for the people in this county. We need the State Attorney to step in to check for legal fraud, not just an audit of the books.

Shock HE lied... He probably doesn't trust that bitch. She cleaned his clock in the divorce. Sec of State shows Glenn D Haynes is president, she is secretary of Extended Enterprises Inc. Is this not the company doing the billing?

When GH went on the hospital board it seemed to do better. Mr GREED took over the billing at $650,000 annually. PMHS can do it for next to nothing. If he were a good man, he would have resigned from the board if he wanted to get paid. BUT he had to control it. Any business doing well doesn't look for waste if they're doing well. It's just when your cash flow is impaired you start looking hard.
I honor him as a veteran but not as Mr. GREED.

Again, you idiots seek to lay the blame on one man when the fact of the matter is, the entire hospital board is held responsible when poor management decisions are made.

If the board voted and decided to approve Mr Haynes business to do the billing for the hospital at the figures being posted in this forum, then its not his fault...its the board fault ALL OF THEM, including Noble the administrator.

When will you people see the writing on the wall in this county?..."POOR" extends to all facts of life in this county. Right down to public officials. If they had a set of "balls" on them, then maybe Pemiscot county wouldn't be so "POOR" and in "POOR" condition and the hospital wouldn't be in "POOR" shape either.

Don't blame one man for the faults of all the other board members and administrator. Sure go ahead and petition the MO Atty Gen to investigate the situation, I AGREE! But when the facts come back to find no wrong doing by any of the board members....then the real fact will again be, "POOR" management!

Sell the hospital NOW for what you can get, nd cut the county losses and RUN from the county.

Wonder why there are so many homes for sale now?
Think about it for a moment.

Understand.... Only 2 of the 5 have ever gotten 1 vote. And the additional terms of the other 2 came about without 1 vote. The appointments made were for ppl that are weak & not super smart.
For the President of the Board to demand or not demand getting the billing to the CEO with a board of lap dogs ... is putting the CEO under duress. Since GH is on the board the law requires bidding. GH continues to throw KN under the bus (lying with every breath). It would be poor management if: 1) I were given the contract and were not on the board or 2) if PMHS were a private business. CONFLICT OF INTEREST LAWS IN MISSOURI HAVE TEETH!!!! The PMHS facility is virtually worthless to a buyer, because you can't make money as a private biz.

Then there you have it, "Poor Management". The hospital is worth net value just as structures alone. Not to mention its nursing home facilities as well. If Pemiscot county cant maintain county roads and cry "we're broke" what makes any of you think they can sustain a hospital with the expenses in medicine health related industries? Sell the hospital now before the county suffers a even bigger loss by closing it due to "Poor Management"..and still there is the answer to lay blame as to why the hospital is in the condition it is in today.

My prayers go out to those who are losing their jobs because of a board of "idiots" who reside in a county with "poor management" right from the county commission to the hospital board of directors.

Do you think any laws have been broken with any severe fines for any board member? Khourie is up in 2014. Filing starts mid Dec. 2013 at the County Clerk's office in Courthouse. Will U run?

I honestly don't think any board member is that dumb enough to break any Missouri or Federal Laws. I think the board is made up of people with poor management skills. You don't let the county largest employer go from making expansion plans one year and two years later become $4 Million in debt without some "common sense" thinking.

Look at our county commission where they lead us? WHAT GRAVEL ROADS, is what I would like to know exist? We have plenty of "dirt" roads that county road grading crews shove what few rocks are left into ditches.

"Poor Management" has what killed this county.

The commissioners now are working hard to help find a solution. Give them time. The past commissioners were the ones that threw the county under the bus. Mismanagement of the county funds. Employees stealing from the county, etc. When will it ever stop? If everyone knew of the open board meetings, maybe this could have been halted. You think? They say the meetings have been posted, well yes, inside of the administrators office where no one sees them. HUM! Would anyone from the county attend? NO, they probably would not. So,now, everyone's eyes are beginning to open when they finally decided to attend a meeting when their jobs are on the line. So, people of the county, if you are a concerned about the hospital, start attending the open meetings and VOICE your opinions. Ask questions, no questions are stupid. Thanks.

Mr. Gene, yes it was poor management, but we are just a working class of people that trusted our county government. When you ask people to run for the board they say no way, not with a certain person on the board and the ones on there will not back you because they are afraid of GH, for what, I do not know. Makes you wonder what kind of hold he has on people or are they getting their palms padded too?

Listen, whenyou say poor management, that goes directly to the board and board members and kerry finally had enough. Glenn kept his thumb on them and would not allow change. How many cfos have been fired or quit? Why? Brcause they ouldnt do glenns dirty work. An auit will show no ompetitive bidding, conflict of nterest and ex wife, yeah, thy live together in thir caruthersville manion bought with hospital funds. And.. People... The county commission does not run hospital, the hospitl board does not answer to commission. Very little of ur taxes go directly to hospital.

Well, that is fine and dandy that you support Mr. Haynes, but how did we get to this point when he is in charge of the board if he is soooo wonderful? Can you answer that question? If he is so grand, we should be in the black. Am I correct?

I'm somewhat in agreement if the people involved are ALL honest. BUT in 5 years, Pemiscot Couny has witnessed STEELING: 3 water clerks in 3 cities, 1 or 2 health center administrators, 1 chief, 1 court clerk,1 mayor and 1 road supervisor. Martha Stewart went to jail for a stock tip (insider trading). GH has received probably $3 million dollars for Billing Services as a PUBLIC OFFICIAL. This is worse than insider trading as there was absolutely no risk, its a public body and he is President of it.

The 2 assoc. commissioners have been there only 7.5 months and I don't
think they are backing down. If GH is innocent, why is he running every where throwing Kerry under the bus? GH needs to resign.

If U want better roads set-up a ROAD DISTRICT just for that purpose. 2 associate commissions have only been there for less that 8 months
