That's right, the American people have been played for fools by THE BIGGEST CON GAME IN U.S. HISTORY (and possibly even the world)!!!

Yes, it's common knowledge how Bush & his inner circle lied to the American peope & strong-armed congress into voting to go to war with Iraq.

This war was a result of a PERSONAL VANDETTA Bush had with Hussain. Bush also started this war in the hopes of getting cheap oil.

This was Bush's OWN PERSONAL PRIVATE WAR which cost over 4 billion dollars and took the lives of 190,000 people - including over 4,000 Americans, as well as thousands of our allies, Iraqs & innocent civilians - and also maimed thousands & thousands of others.

But, did you know that Republicans have brain-washed & conned millions of Americans into believing that OBAMA IS BANKRUPTING OUR COUNTRY WITH HIS BIG SPENDING?

That's right, Republicans have convinced a huge majority people into believing that OBAMA HAS SPENT MORE MONEY THAN ANY PRESIDENT IN HISTORY?

Yes, it's true Bush spent 4 trillion while in office & Obama has spent 6 billion since being in office.

On the surface - it would appear that Obama is the BIG SPENDER HERE...

But, the money Obama has spent has gone towards trying to pull our country out of the ditch after Bush bankrupted us.

So, in all honesty, we would have to say that because the money Obama spent was used to clean up Bush's mess - That the entire 10 TRILLION DOLLAR DEBT incurred by both Bush & Obama falls squarely on George Bush's head.

THAT'S RIGHT GEORGE BUSH JR INCURRED 10 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT.(That's more debt than all presidents (combined) in the history of our country has cost us...

Republicans have succeded in playing the oldest game in history. REPUBLICANS KNOW THEY BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FINANCIAL CRISIS OUR COUNTRY IS IN.

Yet, they are too cowardly to own up to this guilt - fearing it will be suicide at the polls. So, they have succeeded pulling the biggest con game on the American people in history.

What they have done is try to paint Obama as the one who is bankrupting our country - instead of owning up to their own failed policies...

Your exactly right but its almost impossible to convince people of the truth when you have Fox news repeating propaganda over and over to them all day.
Wouldn't it be nice if Republicans would just do their jobs instead of blaming Obama 24/7 for their screw ups.

And the Bush family handed Obama the bill for their oil war and the Teabillies believe Obama is on a spending spree.

Yes, I agree George Bush Sr. is a very bad dude! Did you know that there were rumors (which have kept very quiet)- that George Bush Sr. was involved in the assination of President John Kennedy in 1964?

A few years ago I found on the internet the story of his possible involvment. There is also a photo of him (as a young man) at the scene of the assination. I'm going to see if this story & photo is still on the internet when I finish this post.

I've often wondered why pertinent information about John Kennedy's death has been locked up & will not be made public until way in the future. Seems like this might suggest that someone people in very high places might be incriminated. If they keep this information hidden long enough - all the people who might have been involved will be dead of old age...

Yes, I know exactly when Kennedy was assisinated! I remember where I was, what I was doing & even what I cooked for lunch that day!

When the news broke, my husband had just gone back to work after lunch. We had a 2 year old son & just found out I was expecting our 2nd child. We were living in Blytheville, and my husband worked for Life of Georgia Insurance.

This was one of the most tramatic times of my/our/everyone's life!

How dare you make light of this situation!!! If you didn't live through it & mourn through it you don't have any right to comment about it.

Isn't if very STRANGE that every person in America (who was old enough) can remember where they were & what they were doing on that terrible day...

But, when George Herbert Bush was asked where was on Nov. 22, 1963, he claimed he could not remember....

Strange & very fishy...

Make light of the situation? I corrected your error, whether you remember where you were or not, because you were wrong. Besides that, are you so completely self-absorbed that you missed the point of the comment in the first place?(another rhetorical question)

Alumni,

Yet again you have posted cheap innuendo without anything to prove you are right. Let's see I can recap some of your other innuendos.

The implication that Paul Ryan had an affair with Ayn Rand.

The Bush II had an affair with Condelesa Rice.

Now we can add you as one of those theorists who have ten thousand million theories about who killed JFK and 9-11. Yours is that Bush I was involved in killing Kennedy.

What would you like to imply on Republicans next?

Perhaps the sinking of the Maine?
The sinking of the Titanic?
The sinking of the Lusitania?
Faked moon landings?
I don't we've solved the killing of Cock Robin yet.

Sorry, I posted the wrong date. But I didn't miss the point that you were trying to belittle me.

HOW DO YOU KNOW - HOW CAN YOU BE 100% SURE THAT GEORGE H.W. BUSH WAS NOT INVOLVED?

Did you know about a third of Americans (or more) STILL think there was a GOVERNMENT COVER-UP IN JOHN KENNEDY'S ASSINATION.

I DON'T KNOW IF GEORGE H.W. BUSH WAS INVOLVED OR NOT (and neither do you). But, I will always believe there was a government cover-up - like millions & millions of other Americans...

It is quite possible that he was, and knowing how his son behaved in conning Americans into the Iraq war - I wouldn't be a bit surprised that GEORGE H.W. BUSH WAS INVOLVED IN THE ASSINATION OF PRESIDENT JOHN KENNEDY!!!

Alumni,

Please. If you don't know who was involved or all of the facts then you can't make a definitive statement about who was involved.

John Doe, you have made it quite clear (over & over) that you are not the sharpest tack in the tool box! How many times have I went over the Paul Ryan/Ayn Rand love affair with you. How many others on this forum have tried to explain this to you. And why is it that I've had to explain the 2% payroll tax hike to you over & over (I can clearly remember explaining it to you 3 times)!

In case you've forgotten, the fact that Bush Jr & Condelezza were very very close and that it was speculated many time in the media that there might be an affair going on. How do you know that there was not an affair going on?

You don't know nor do I know for sure that George H.W. Bush wasn't involved in President John Kennedy' assination.

Million & millions of Americans STILL believe there was a government cover-up...

Alumni,

You know what? All you are doing is defending poor actions on your part. Tell me who in the media openly speculated about an affair between Bush and Rice.

No, you have explained nothing, you have spun the truth. That 2% tax hike, if Obama was serious about it why didn't he include it in the law that raised the taxes on the top 1%? Why didn't he make it a permanent cut there? He got the bill through that raised the raised the are on the top 1% to 39 percent. If he had included the tax cut for the middle class in that same bill he would have gotten it with his tax hike on the "rich". Instead, he pushed through the hike on everyone.

Why can't you see that?

If don't know, if you can't prove that George H.W. Bush was involved in the Kennedy assassination, then it should not even come up.

Oh and what about the theory that FDR let Pearl Harbor happen. I posted a whole thread about it.

Yes, Tiger High - how well I know about all the lies on the internet. All you have to do is look on C'ville Topix. Heck, half the stuff posted here is copied & pasted from radical right-wing web sites. Yes, there's lots of lies on the internet.

However, since over a third of the American people STILL believe there was a government cover-up in President Kennedy's assination, It is possible that George H.W. Bush was involved. There is a picture that places him near the scene of the murder.

Also, George H.W. Bush has been questioned about this. And when he was asked where he was on Nov. 22, 1963. he claimed he couldn't remember. I bet you remember where you were when Kennedy was shot down. I doubt there is hardly any American who doesn't remember.

It just seems this is a very strange answer. WE ALL KNOW THAT GEORGE H.W. BUSH KNEW WHERE WAS AT THAT TIME...

I'm sorry Alumni, I have to challenge you on something:

You have said millions, you have said one-half, you have said one third of all Americans believe in a cover up in the Kennedy shooting. Would you please give me an accurate figure and the source because I doubt if the actual number is 1%.

Why is it when you mention on the internet you only mention right wing lies. I won't deny that there have been some but there have also been left wing lies. Or don't you believe that?

Do you not understand that payroll taxes & income taxes are two completely separate taxes? There is no way they could have been combined!

Have you never noticed on your paycheck that your company was deducting your Social Security & Medicare payroll taxes.(I think they are indicated as FICA & (????).

Have you not noticed that this FICA & (????) are completely separate taxes from your federal & state witholding taxes?

I honestly cannot remember what designation is used for the other (where I have the question marks above). But, one of these means taxes being withheld for Social Security & the other one for Medicare payroll taxes.

Why are you having such a hard time understanding this? Did you never draw a pay check where Social Security & Medicare as well as Federal & State taxes were with held???

Alumni,

Whoa, back up the horse here. We were discussing your conspiracy theory about the Kennedy assassination when you jump into all of this federal income taxes and FICA, etc.

What does that have to do with my question about how many people believe there was a government conspiracy in the Kennedy Assassination and what source you go the number one. Can we please stay on topic and have you answer my question?

I have already responded to your comments about the Kennedy assination on other posts.

My last post to you was in response to your post #15 on this same thread.

I looked it up - and below is the way both income tax & payroll tax deductions are indicated on your paycheck.

FWH - Federal witholding (for federal income taxes)

State - State with holding (for state income taxes)

FICA -Social Security witholding(for Social Security PAYROLL TAXES)

SSHI - Medicare witholding (for Medicare PAYROLL TAXES)

** Some companies indicate both Social Security & Medicare PAY ROLL witholding under the FICA indication.

Also, some other companies have their own symbol for Medicare PAY ROLL witholding taxes.

SURELY THIS WILL MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INCOME TAXES & PAYROLL TAXES.
