Is anyone else concerned about the smoke-free Kansas law that's going into effect July 1st? Our lawmakers are going to protect our health, but the state run casinos are exempt from the new law. That means that I can't go to the bar you might run and smoke, but I can go down the street to the state run casino and endanger my health with smoking all I want. The state can make money off the smokers, but a regular business owner can't. What the heck is up with that? How ludicrous!
