My son is in Stockton Correctional for 51 months for just being in possession of precursors that you could possibly make meth with. Lets see how much time this Sherrif does for being in possession of the real stuff.

Joe, if there were more people in the world like you we wouldn't need any courts because you judge everyone guilty on your terms. i would not say that about your mother because I'll pray that you confess your sins and are forgiven. I hope that this Sheriff gets at least the same time and post release probation that they give to all offenders of their Meth laws. He should receive more time because of the badge he wore. Now in todays paper their saying that there will be a lot of people backing him to get probation only. Tell me what kind of justice that is!!!

Well there is some justice in the courts when it comes to punishing police officers but he didn't get as much time as he deserved.

He did not get nearly as much time as he should have. For a law enforcement officer to be busted for distribution is unthinkable. Thats what our tax dollars are going for.
