But Planned Parenthood has contended the Kansas statute unconstitutionally imposes additional conditions of eligibility for a federal program that are not required by federal law.

With the stance that Kansas seems to be taking here, perhaps the federal government should likewise "tout Kansas State sovereignty" the next time Brownback asks for federal disaster aid or for that matter, any economic help!
Enjoy your sovereignty.

Good call Tom.
See article "Brownback seeks disaster declarations for Kansas".
Would like to see the Ag Secretary tell him to solve his own problems since he declared the state of Kansas sovereign. Can't have it both ways Governor.
My sympathy for the people of the counties affected, but our Guv' is a flip flopper.

Whatever the Gov. uses to stop the funding is fine with me. There is a health department if someone really needs counseling in birth control, or other medical issues. Try calling it like it is, PPH is just in the money making business of abortions.
Sanger's methodology devised to reduce the number of indigents in society. It isn't spoken of much for political reasons.... the Liberals conceal it.
Now that Obama Care is in the workings and implemented by 2014, we must get a Republican majority in the Senate and the Presidency in 2012.
If not, you'll see a influx of abortions on minorities. Thousands more will be thrown on the medicaid system, which will have a panel of 15 determining whether it is justified to render treatment needed on the patient.
Chances are if you are indigent, old, black, brown, you will be seriously rationed care. Like Obama said, instead of costly procedures, just take a pill...and probably die!!
Liberals really don't care about the poor, but use them as political tools.
Obama has turned towards the Latinos, instead of blacks for the vote. That is why he wants so badly to legalize 12-20 million of them.
Vote=Power=Control of the Populous.

And the liberals don't realize how many of their potential members they have killed over the years.

That's Liberalism for you. They don't know their head from a horses ass. I just came from lunch at a area restaurant and listened to one ask several times about how a discount coupon worked that they sponsor.
Based on each $10 purchase, that credit is applied to the card and they punch each time you spend $10 or more. And Tuesdays is double punch day. And once the card is filled your bill is discounted accordingly.
This guy, middle thirties, most-likely a Liberal, had the terms of usage repeated 3 times to him. Finally he said, Oh, I thought the card meant I must give you another $10 once the card is completely filled. OMG.
My husband and I looked at each other, and both thought this is the future of our country????
