you must be talking to your own mother because apparently you were taught no respect to others because no one would speak to someones mother like that unless they talked to their own mother with such a mouth.

I am still relaxed because I am still winning. Tissues are for you and your employer, not me because when it is all said and done theives always suffer some horrible thing in life.

I just take offense when someone needs to talk trash to someone that was being kind and telling both of us to stop and for you to be rude, well I guess what do expect from some of toll's staff, some are very kind apparently the person that hired you must of had blinders on that day or had an bad ear infection and could not hear the sh** coming out of your mouth

I just hope you do not have your mother reading your bs.

Good luck on with your job. And once again happy new year

Hmmmm, let's see. The builder is the 'professional,' supposedly. Sells his expertise as a builder, promises quality and service and a warranty. It's even in the contract, that it'll meet code, be done in a workman like manner, has the warranty, etc.

The buyer, a non professional who isn't a builder, relies on the 'expert' to build a house that does not leak, meets building codes, all the components work, etc. The buyer pays the builder for this, and pays handsomely.

But the builder takes shortcuts, and does not fix mistakes, and does not honor the warranty or contract. Then the home buyer is the bad guy because they complained. You builder shills really ought to go look for a job. The housing industry shot off its foot, and you just sound like bitter fools. Your industry's reputation is shot, too. You've ripped off far too many people for this to be a 'secret' anymore.

I agree with you and the warranty is useless. And the ten year home warranty does not cover mold to let people know.
I thought it was funny when one of the state officials came to the property and showed me a code violation that he did not even put in his report. There were a few. And only one or two were mentioned in $30,000.00 - 40,000.00 to fix for the builder for us more. Along with the engineers reports. And of course it is going certified return receipt would not have it any other way.

So when this is all said and done I will be sending a letter to the attorney generals office and the state code enforcement about the inspectors failure to properly report the code violations in his report.

I purchased a property from toll brothers and I have not been able to move in due to toxic mold. Toll Brothers has refused to fix the property almost two years later. They used weathered material to build the property with. We where not the first owners on the property.
This is not the first property that toll brothers has built with toxic mold.
Toll Brothers does not stand behind there property. They have refused to fix the property to make it livable. And there customer service is down the toilet. They say anything to get you to close and then do not do as they say they will do. Once they get your money you can forget it.
And the only arbitration company they want to use is Construction Arbitration Services that refuses to follow the contract that you sign and there own web sites information.
Our property the anchorage is missing in some areas loose everywhere, washers are not big enough they either are missing or inside the sill plate. The upgaded cabinets are defective. If you have lights on and a radio the lights dim. The wood floors are cupping cracking and buckling, there are missing emergency shut offs for the bath tubs. Broken heat system, front wall shakes when door is shut,(brick exterior), the basement floor has over 29 cracks in it, basement windows were not installed till after closing, and I can go on and on, I think you get the drift.
You are better off buying a resale, then buying new construction.
We have been paying two mortgages and the up keep of two property's. Plus lawyer fees and expert fees. if you can afford to do all of this god bless you. And if you could why should you.
You should tell your attorney to read Thompson v. Toll Dublin, LLC, et al. 165 Cal.App.4th 1360 (2008) finding Toll's aribitration privisions to be unenforceable.

I think that everyone that was screwed by toll should join together and file a classaction to have them shut down. So they cannot continue to behave in this manner and screw the public that would be the biggest payback. They would be so quich to sell. Because if everyone that they screwed came forward in one suit the government would have not choice but to do their job

I've been in Dominion valley for over a year now. It's a great home; builder responsive to minor issues at the 4 month and 1 year follow up. People are very friendly and it's a great place to raise kids.
