Fyi chevelles is not a franchise its localy owned by a married couple and there hayesville location has been there almost 2 yrs and there murphy location has been open mayb 3

I don't know what all the fuss is about - down in Florida there is Karaoke on every corner and every place you can imagine. Why compare one to the other. We went to the Pit Stop last Friday night and had a great time. I sang my heart out and ALL the singers there were great - it was like being in a concert. It was clean, the food was great, the bathroom was spotless, everyone was SO nice and we had a great time. You feel comfortable and safe there and some of the singers were on a professional level so you felt like you were at a concert, not karaoke. I'll have to try Chevelle's but i don't think it can get better than this.

I have been to both places and find both to be a joke as far as decent places to hang out and listen to music.. Being all we have handy I prefer the pit stop...Chevelle's is far to small, over priced and the food is barely worth eating. I find the staff over all to be unfriendly and not overly concerned with how you as a customer feel about the whole operation .. Clearly a place that only want's you to spend money and could care less about the community aspect.


The pit stop has crap service, the staff will rip you off on your change if you do not watch them close and they serve weaker drinks as the night goes on, but even still with all of that, the locals who show up to the pit stop make it worth going far far more than the competition ..
