I am so sad to have learned of all the changes being made at the Hinton Center. This center has helped so many in the community and now under this new leadership all the personel have been fired or let go. It is sad to see one person ruin something that this community has nurtured and grown. It is time for the board and the community to question the leadership. This center has been here for approx 50 years meeting the needs of our community I hope we can step up and demand answers and hopefully save the center before it is too late.

Some of the people working their think they are god one in particular I wont say any names. They have retired from other jobs and wormed their way into management positions at the Hinton Center. They are just after another pension to line their pockets,( I hate double dippers) The jobs their should have been given to younger people who needed the work to feed their families not line their pockets like some their do. When Clay left the place really fell apart, The new guy that took his job quit shortly after taking the job. They need to get Clay back and let him fix the mess their. Clay is the only one who knows how to make the place work. Him and some of the staff really love doing their job their. They are not their to make money but to help others. Some of the people hired before Clay left need to be fired(I think their friends got them the job their. You know buddy buddy thing get me a job their and I will do what ever for you). I don't think clay had a say in hiring some people.

In reading this yes it is very sad,but the people that was there done a great job. We had a little meeting there not long ago. Who every over the kitchen was so rude to us i reminded her of how rude she was. Our rooms was dirty and the bathroom spider webs dirty floors. The place is falling apart we will not be back there and all of our church groups that come will not be back.
